Resolved Winner casino not paying

hmm this sounds kinda strange to me ....i have played a lot at winner and 7 regal and always have been paid and always have only good words to speak about this group

it was in 7 regal i got by biggest win 5 wilds in Mr cash back and won 1550euro and they paid me in 4 days

and also cashed out many from their no deposit bonus(not the sign up bonus when the deposit and lost they will give 10 or 20 free chips

at xmas i got 20 fee chips and i cashed out 150 without any problems

Thanks for the advice along with the screen shot. However just because they pay one player it dosent mean they will pay every one of them :)
 
@ premiergaming i think you should be more careful and vigilant before making statements here you dont need to reach 1500 you just need to wager it 50 times
as it is his first try and a no deposit bonus most casino will make a condition to deposit once before withdrawing and deny the first deposit bonus

i dont understand whats went wrong in mark' s case though....

Ive managed to get it to thetop of the list insupport for you as i have let them no how serious it is, I didnt mean to come across in the wrong way but i really do think there some sort of misunderstanding some where

I'm unclear whether the utility bill address issue got resolved. But I do know sometimes email programs compress files, and occassionally the recipient doesn't seem to get what we have sent.

I've sometimes found it helpful to get an agent in livechat and send email to support while I have them. While they can't do your security verification, they can tell you if they can open and read the attachments. Tuesday is another holiday as well.

all you could do is send it again and check it out it is received

and dont expect 32red and redbet standard faster payment every where

the casino says 4 business days for a verified account and your account is not yet verified

and iam sure they will pay back you

If this was an honest operation they would have told the OP that he hadn't completed the WR, not that his utility bill was not accepted.

If they are prepared to lie to a player once, they are prepared to do it again, hence this makes them an unreliable operation.

Had they just told the truth, the OP would have played on, probably ended up losing, and may have started making regular deposits. Instead, they have shown me they can't be trusted.

Had the OP made WR they would no doubt be searching around for other excuses beyond no address on the utility bill.

Best to learn this lesson off a free chip than a large win from a deposit.

That's exactly what I'm saying :thumbsup: I'm a slots player eventually I'll loose it all back, we all do.

They told me that my address wasn't on the bill, when in actual fact it was and then wouldn't respond after that.

This is the first solid problem I've ever had with any casino and I've played at a few of them without any problems at all. That just made this worse. I guess everyone has to learn some time :)

I'll update this thread if they ever pay me but at the moment that's also my opinion.
 
There are a few more things wrong with this casino.

The home page shows the Kahnawake logo, yet according to the terms they are licensed by Antigua and Barbuda. This is the display of false licensing information to the player, as one of these must be a lie.

The terms for this no deposit bonus are hard to find. There is no direct link to it from the promotions tab, where all bonuses BUT this one are mentioned and a link given to the terms.

Having found the terms, it doesn't seem there is much to hide, but they DO have an oddity that is at variance from normal industry practice, and that will catch out UK players in particular. It turns out that UK players who choose a lower worth currency such as the Euro and the Dollar are classed as "exceptional group", or in other words "abusive high risk players". This is more bullshit as currency abuse is players from outside the UK using our pound in order to get bigger bonuses. UK players choosing the Dollar are getting SMALLER bonuses, plus paying exchange fees. This is not "abuse", it is players choosing a default currency that is the most widely accepted throughout the industry. It is the strict rules imposed by Neteller and Skrill that drive this, as UK players have to choose one currency for the entire industry, and software such as RTG will only allow play in the US Dollar, with many EU based operators only accepting the Euro. Winner casino are ruling out many UK players with this rule, but many may not spot it till they have already registered their account. This variation from the industry norm needs to be made clearer.

The game weightings show there to be NO excluded games, therefore this should not come up as the next excuse for not paying the OP.

So, what is the REAL reason for not wanting to pay the OP?

As for the premiergaming site, it is riddled with "schoolboy" errors, even though it seems to largely stick to reputable casinos. It looks like it has been put together by a non native English speaker, and this alone will make visitors wary.

Premiergaming appears to be a UK site for UK players, and so one would expect proper spelling and grammar throughout. Anything less sows the seeds of doubt, and is bad for business. Some of the errors just leap out of the page, so should have been easy to spot before making the content live.

Because it's an actual word, but you aren't using the correct one (it's a homonym by the way). You need a grammar check as well. Or an editor. Or a native English speaker.
