Well I read elsewhere on the site about someone who had a similar issue and who just forwarded their ID details to them without being asked and all of a sudden their win was processed. I did this on Monday after yet more replies of 'we are at the mercy of our software developers.' All of a sudden my withdrawal was processed and the money arrived yesterday. It was Ladbrokes I was dealing with and Rainbow Riches I won the money on. I've now closed my account as I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after the whole process. Main thing is I got the money but Ladbrokes I feel behaved very unprofessionally.

Yes, I'm glad you got paid, spend/invest the cash wisely. Ladbrokes would always have paid, now we know who the casino was. Actually Rainbow Riches is not a main supplier game (i.e. IGT/Playtech/MG) so that may have accounted for the longer verification of win, as as I said before those softwares would have verified far quicker. Ladbrokes have shot themselves in the foot, as now you have closed the account they won't get a penny of it back. Unless you go and spunk it on their high street FOBT's which you are undoubtedly too wise to do.....
It IS actually. It's from the online arm of a long standing Fruit machine development company. The issue is not so much the lengthy win verification process, but the need to have one in the first place. It's a very simple payout hit from a non network progressive slot. There should only be the need to verify from the back end that the server delivered the win, that it was correct according to the paytable, and that the amount of the win tallies with the amount credited to the player. There should be no need to "outsource" such checks in the first place as such wins are routine fodder for a casino.
The lengthy checking of this win calls into question the trustworthiness of this game from the operator's perspective, yet players are expected to trust that the game has been thoroughly vetted and tested to ensure it performs as specified BEFORE it is opened to real money play. If Ladbrokes can't trust a payout from this game as the result of a player getting a lucky hit from a random game, can a player trust an abnormally poor session is just the unfortunate effect of being unlucky.
How do you know that? And you've partly answered your own question, given that this company spends most of its time making land-based compensated slots, or semi-compensated b3's and unlike PT/MG is NOT an original online developer. It seems just a simple slow response from the supplier. That's all, no need to read all sorts of paranoia into its trustworthiness.
If it's a legit UKGC licensed site there may be help available on this forum. Big wins often need checking with the software provider, shouldn't take more than a few days though. Which casino?Would someone be able to help me please. I won just over 90k. On an online site. Its been a 8 days so far and just keep being told the payments team are working hard to get my payment processed but I'm not getting any updates from them its always me going on the live chat to ask. I provided my id and address before this big win and it was verified. I have withdrew smaller amounts from them previously and they wete processed within 48 hours.
Thankyou
Yes it is a UKGC licenced site. Iv spoken to them this morning and asked if I need to send any more documents in or anything and they come back saying - "please don't worry the finance team are dealing with your account, it has been under review for several days now and you will be updated by the finance team once the payment is processed. I can confirm no more documents are required". But its been 7 days already and iv not heard anything. I'm constantly checking my emails. Feel like its dirivng me crazy. If it's a legit UKGC licensed site there may be help available on this forum.
