Win verification ongoing....

If this still remains an ongoing issue, I'd be commencing a PAB. 9 working days is way too long, especially since you've been paid withdrawals since. If you take the PAB, your not permitted to discuss the issue here at CM (or I believe any other forum), whilst the PAB is in action.

Defaulting on that rule, can and has seen other PAB submissions, voided. So please keep that in mind should you follow this path.

Well I read elsewhere on the site about someone who had a similar issue and who just forwarded their ID details to them without being asked and all of a sudden their win was processed. I did this on Monday after yet more replies of 'we are at the mercy of our software developers.' All of a sudden my withdrawal was processed and the money arrived yesterday. It was Ladbrokes I was dealing with and Rainbow Riches I won the money on. I've now closed my account as I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after the whole process. Main thing is I got the money but Ladbrokes I feel behaved very unprofessionally.

It seems they are.

How would sending your documents in suddenly "verify the win" if it was a case of waiting on their software supplier to analyse the result:confused:

Even worse, this was only a 40K hit, not the kind of thing that should trigger such an in depth investigation that it takes 2 weeks and counting just to reassure themselves that the software can be trusted. Maybe Ladbrokes need a tin foil hat with extra long antennae, after all, they chose the software, and presumably they trust it to deliver fair and accurate results.

So, the next time a player sinks 40K into one of their games and gets nowhere near the right RTP they should demand an in depth 14 day+ investigation into game fairness, rather than just accept that they had an unusually unlucky run:rolleyes:

Yes, I'm glad you got paid, spend/invest the cash wisely. Ladbrokes would always have paid, now we know who the casino was. Actually Rainbow Riches is not a main supplier game (i.e. IGT/Playtech/MG) so that may have accounted for the longer verification of win, as as I said before those softwares would have verified far quicker. Ladbrokes have shot themselves in the foot, as now you have closed the account they won't get a penny of it back. Unless you go and spunk it on their high street FOBT's which you are undoubtedly too wise to do.....

It IS actually. It's from the online arm of a long standing Fruit machine development company. The issue is not so much the lengthy win verification process, but the need to have one in the first place. It's a very simple payout hit from a non network progressive slot. There should only be the need to verify from the back end that the server delivered the win, that it was correct according to the paytable, and that the amount of the win tallies with the amount credited to the player. There should be no need to "outsource" such checks in the first place as such wins are routine fodder for a casino.

The lengthy checking of this win calls into question the trustworthiness of this game from the operator's perspective, yet players are expected to trust that the game has been thoroughly vetted and tested to ensure it performs as specified BEFORE it is opened to real money play. If Ladbrokes can't trust a payout from this game as the result of a player getting a lucky hit from a random game, can a player trust an abnormally poor session is just the unfortunate effect of being unlucky.

How do you know that? And you've partly answered your own question, given that this company spends most of its time making land-based compensated slots, or semi-compensated b3's and unlike PT/MG is NOT an original online developer. It seems just a simple slow response from the supplier. That's all, no need to read all sorts of paranoia into its trustworthiness.

It's an UNNECESSARY response from the supplier, not merely a slow one. Do casinos routinely ask software suppliers to check payouts like this? Surely, if this was mere routine, there would be a proper procedure in place to expedite such checks. This looks like an action outside of routine procedures, and for what is really "small beer" for the likes of Ladbrokes, a mere 40K. At this level, the validity of the game and payout should not be in question, and the only impediment to payment should be the KYC procedure.

Something about a 40K payout got them concerned enough to INSIST on waiting out a formal response from the supplier, they didn't trust the game enough to accept that the risk of there being anything wrong with the payout is far outweighed by the risk of bad PR being generated from a long drawn out verification of the win. If they DID trust this game from this supplier the same as they trust the others, they would not have allowed a situation where the player had to be delayed due to the checking procedure as they would have paid up front and just used the supplier verification as part of internal auditing procedures, which would be looking for signs of problems over the longer term with particular products, and the performance of particular marketing incentives.

Whales would be betting high enough to be routinely hitting 40K payouts on these games, if the turnaround for checking with the supplier is of the order of 2 weeks, and it's routinely done for payouts above a certain level, rather than an exception based on a feeling that the game has malfunctioned, there would be a fair few Whales experiencing 10 day+ delays on their being able to play on the win, let alone withdrawing it. This would be at odds with the kind of VIP treatment such big players would expect, and they will be off to another operator.

If it's a legit UKGC licensed site there may be help available on this forum. Big wins often need checking with the software provider, shouldn't take more than a few days though. Which casino?

Yes it is a UKGC licenced site. Iv spoken to them this morning and asked if I need to send any more documents in or anything and they come back saying - "please don't worry the finance team are dealing with your account, it has been under review for several days now and you will be updated by the finance team once the payment is processed. I can confirm no more documents are required". But its been 7 days already and iv not heard anything. I'm constantly checking my emails. Feel like its dirivng me crazy.
