William Hill has confiscated my 289$ winnings for no reason!

This is insane, it doesnt matter what I say then I get one of these suspicious commentaries, and I am tired of it. I play javacasinos from my own computer (MAC) it is not a problem. Actually I have played slots from my friends house hosue, yes! And what is wrong with that?? I saw him play and thought I wanted to try it too, slots are fun and though you can loose alot you can hit some crazy wins too....

hold the phone! so you have "played casinos" at your "friend's house" before? you're done for. from the selectivity of the casinos you play at, it seems you are going to sites that perhaps both allow danes and allow them to collect bonuses?

and both you and your friend have been opening/playing accounts on the same computer to achieve this purpose? even if you are two real players, i think the possibility remains that you might be "sharing losses" like as in if one busts, the other will likely make a win and you two just split the overall profits at the end? and it's only a short flight of fancy to envision this where it is actually only one person hitting the site twice and using a freind's identity though the friend is not involved in the scheme.

that'll teach you to buy a mac.

ha ha anyone here frequent 2+2? did you see the thread from this russian guy "can i hide/block/reroute my ip so the casino thinks i am playing in an approved country?"

Dude, settle down. This is not your issue. When someones money is on the line, it is a fairly important issue for the bettor. You should remember that this is a watchdog site whose typical intention is to defend the player, not the casino. Being that, this forum is set up so the public can make stakes if "they" feel that they are being mistreated by a casino, who as we all know make their money by offering unfair games to us, the "customer". I mean after all, in a broader sense, who typically screws who, the casino or the player? Since we are customers, who in more cases then not hand our money to the casinos, if someone claims to be mistreated, why would you defend the casino rather then the player? By defending the casinos, if there is a wrong move on their behalf, you would just be helping them get away with it. Lastly, the solidarity offered on this site can help to force casinos to smarten up when they have done wrong and it is wise to respect that rather then battle it.

BTW brokey, how well do online casinos pay their staff?

While I agree that happygobrokey has been a bit harsh on the player, I cannot see why we must side with the player on all issues. Casinos screw players but evil players screw reputable casinos as well. It goes both ways. On this issue, there is a lingering doubt as to why Leon played at his friend's house instead of playing at his home. Unless we are generally satisfied that there is no wrongdoing on the player's part, we could be sceptical otherwise it would be unfair to the casinos. Unlike may forums where nearly everybody is taking a blast at the casinos, many of us here try to judge each individual issue on its merits and hence many players and casinos alike respect this forum. You wouldnt like one-sided opinions, would you?

-so casinos deal "unfair games" to "make their money" when they could rely on the intrinsic house advantage when the games are dealt fairly?

-what does anyone care what i think? i have no stake in this, but retain every right to peanut gallery. if thinking the casino might be right is not allowed, that's discrimination. i just hope the legitimate n00bs come to realize quickly that you must play from your own computer or one that has never used the casino in question. gnoming is to bonuses what overpopulation is to food. think if the welfare system got gnomed, oh it does, by terrorists. in any event, there is little evidence presented here and i am just calling what i see, which is a player who could easily be gnoming. throughout this thread i've waffled as to his legitimacy, and cannot definitely say if he is or isn't.

-apparently not well enough since the boards are clogged up with cs complaints from even the most credible casinos.

any news? I have not recieved any emails either from you or from William Hill. I suppose what you wrote about fraudulent activity was for "sumerafa"

@Casinomeister:
Sorry if I am a pain in the ass about writing again. I know that you probably have a lot for things to take care of but I have still not heard either from you or from the casino.

I tried to send you a private message as well, but I dont know if it worked.....Is something new up with William Hill or will they just be allowed to steal the 289$ from me without consequences?

Sorry, I'm still waiting word from them. As soon as I hear something, I'll let you know.

I have written William Hill to look into this with a link to this thread, but they have not sent any single reply to my last four emails. I think they have just decided to ignore me completely, and it seems that my only chance is through this forum.....

@Casinomeister: Have you heard from them or do they ignore you as well?

To bad

Well I think you wont get the money since it is clearly stated in the terms that you cant use the same computer for more than one bonus.

I helped one of my friends opening an account once at intercasino, and eventhough my friend did not play from my computer our account was linked because I helped him open the account from my computer,so if I got a bonus one month he could not get it, unless he called them and the would credit it personally. But inter did not lock my account or anything  So great custemer service from Intercasino.

As for going for bonuses well offcourse we are attracted to some free money eventhough in many cases arent that easy to get hold of  but it is possible even for us danes

But I still think it is very unfair that danes in many cases have to wager more or even is banned from playing with bonusses, I dont have a problem however that casino share informartion if there are abusers ( I guess they are in all countries not only Denmark).

Its not so long ago that Will Hill didnt allow us danes to play there, but since they begun to accept danes again I was there. I havent had any problems with them what so ever.

And I can usely get hold on their support, so what number are you using ?

International : +44 (0)870 600 0479 ??

And it is one of the best small bonusses around so it would be a shame to get banned from it.

Good luck with the complient :)
