I deposited many times in this casinò, without ever winning.
On 27 December, after reedem two free codes, i Convert my Comp Point, (about 27 dollars).
I won 500 dollars and I contacted chat service (I made a screenshot).
They told me :
"I see that your comp point were redeemed after a free bonus which max cashout of $180, but the payment team decides if they will grant $500, feel free to request your withdrawal if you wish so."
Well, i made a request of cashout and today i got This MAIL.

Well, i read terms and conditions, and at point 23, is is written.

Well, Nothing is specified about COMP POINT, as written By Financial Services, that he just added in mail, WINNING FROM COMP POINT at the end of point 23.
I think that there is not a Violation of terms and condition...
I Have Won whit COMP POINT, not whit a Bonus or free chip!
