To VirtualTed. Your conversations were appreciated. A few questions

1. Has Virtual changed since you joined them. If yes, is it then that you are making amends, or correcting what was oh, so wrong in the days that I played there, and are you a genuine good honest casino boss?

2. Have you made your recent gestures of compassion and understanding, and the purpose was that it brought you tons of players, while you were posting: Your personal Christmas drive so to speak?

3. Maybe Virtual has not changed and what we see is smoke and mirrors.

4. Did you, in your beginning, struggle and had to be rogue to make ends meet?

If I recall, I called in for bonuses and whoever gave me a coupon, the coupons terms and conditions were never what they were supposed to be. Ie (as a bonus player, not abuser, I ALWAYS met my requirement, and knew my total wagering to a dollar) every time I called to check if I had met requirements I was always told that I was short by several hundreds. Pure lies.

I changed my tactic and was calling before meeting requirements to Check if I had made them ( I was shot $100 or so), to be told I was short just about the same requirements as if I had called after meeting requ. by $200. Used to be a ritual to be told to have to wager hundreds more every time, all the while I knew I had met terms or knew exactly where I was, wagering wise. I was lucky enough to meet requ.s after the calls and cash out over the deposit, plus profits - and the 25% capturable of the sticky bonus. The remainder of the bonus was returned near a month later for my no-so-patented negative progression to do some damage.

Hearing of other player not getting paid etc. after the long waits I felt lucky to be paid.
I thought I had done this 3 times you said 4 I wonder if it was because I was playing mere hundreds, and not thousands, as those complaining were.

When did you change for the better, if you did. Did you straightened out the riffraff in the oufit? Why did it take me near 4 weeks to get paid once, would that be because I was an online portal poster and told you so, and that I would go public in a short time if you tried to shaft me, in more polite terms, but nevertheless clear.

I encourage evertone to participate in order to find out who the real VirtualTed is.

A few answers for you!
1. The Virtual Casino made amends to change before I came on board a little over a year ago. There is a conversation from Bryan here, when the owner spoke with him and told him of the new direction we were heading. We have made a number of personnel changes here. We have made amends to any and all players who have come forward, that might have been wronged by the casino previously.
2. No, there is no personal Christmas drive so to speak. I have been posting on this board in response to questions. I have never initiated a topic here because this is a players forum. If you have read any post I have made here, you will see that I have never once asked (SPAM) players to come to the casino. All I have said is that everyone should make up their own mind and should not just listen to things they heard from the past. Almost on a daily bases I hear from someone who says" Casinomeister just roughed your casino". Bryan deleted us from that list awhile ago, and before doing so we were put on probation and had to prove ourselves. Players come and go every day, we are not catering to try and pick up customers from the boards, just more to inform.
3. It is the customers word that speaks the loudest. Most are happy and some are not. That is the nature of the beast.
4. I was not here in the beginning! What I have heard is players were flocking in so fast that there was no need for customer service because if you lost 10 customers you had 100 more waiting to get in. My change is that I said if you keep those 10 happy and the 100 waiting to come in, you have 110 customers instead of 90.

Most of our bonuses have the play through with the bonus, something that RTG did not have previously. So most times all a customer has to do is check the cashier to see if they made play through. No Guessing.
In truth 99% of the complaints had come from "free chippers" from the e-z boards. Certain e-z board forums told there customers to open multiple accounts with us, and than complained when we would not pay. This is still where the majority of the complaints come from. In fact, one of those board owners complains every day about us, but has opened 30 accounts with us and taken thousands of free chips. She does this because we would not sponsor her and she also has her own RTG casino as our competition, she just keeps posting and posting.
So actually you were probably paid slower because you threatened and tried to strong arm the casino. We can not stop people from posting on line. We could be like others that pay others to keep quite, but we do not negotiate. I think that the more intelligent readers understand that.
Not sure what else you would like or want to know? We have labeled you as a skilled player, and limited your bonuses on Blackjack to only 100% bonuses which is much higher than most casinos give in the first place. We never closed your account. You can still play in the casino and get paid in the casino. You just can't use the 400%+ bonuses as the non labeled skilled players can.
 
I thank you for your honesty and I do tend to believe you somehow. I know only of what was said at the times I was 'taking' my chances with Virtual.

Although I would wish others to have their say about your seemingly candid and honest responses.

As I am not 'barred', can I play your casino on a strickly 'play as I play', no bothersome WR's, no bad surprise bonuses, like I did with Phoenician, mainly for pontoon and caribbean 21 entertainment. And if I do win, will you pay me quick? And how quick? Because if I lose it's intant...

skilled player or not. If you're in Vegas, they pay you....so what if you're skilled. The "HOUSE" is skilled enough to win over and over so why should it matter whether a player is "skilled" or not...
He doesn't have any more LUCK then anyone else....does he??
Nobody can predict the next card.....NOBODY..

so why would anyone be labeled as skilled and be treated differently than someone else?? just wondered. Thanks
 
On a slot machine you are right. On a table game like Black jack there are different levels. There are players here on this board that will win EVERY time with the right conditions or bonus. We never said he was not paid, all players are paid if they cashed out fairly. In Las Vegas if you are identified as a skilled player, you are escorted out of the casino, as to being paid, that I am not so sure about.

What is the normal period for a player to get his winnings assuming that all the documentation etc. is in order. 4 weeks is simply too long even though you said that when players receive bonuses,they can expect to be paid slower. Furthermore,I cannot accept your reply that Thatchatch was paid slower because he threatened and tried to strongarm your casino. By the same logic,if I tried to please your casino and said nice things about you on this board,can I expect to be paid quicker than most. With all the negative publicity about virtual in the past,the cashin period is an issue very close to players' hearts.

I just couldn't sit by any longer reading post after post after post about how Virtual has changed it's color ... just like a chameleon.
But, remember, a chameleon does change it's color when necessary.

Ok there are some APs. Tell me what is the fraction of APs to Ploppies (those that lose)? Intercasino, a big casino, as one, don't give a rat's ass if someone makes a monthly profit off them, because simply there's just more ploppies in their casino than APs. By the way, APs do sometimes lose as I am one of them - well, at times.

You did not answer my question - what if I were (being not barred) to play without bonuses, as my 'adopted RTG', how long would you take for you to pay me. I repeat: when I lose it's instant! How long TED, without a bonus?

As I have posted before. If you play with out a bonus and you make your deposit by e-wallet account and let the casino know ahead of time, than cash outs are made next day!

That, in a nutshell, accurately describes the way Virtual conducts their business.

Ted, as I previously stated in another post, it is obvious that the only players that Virtual Casino targets and desires are degenerate gamblers and 'recreational' players...ie:losers. If one of these type actually 'luck out' and do win a few dollars, of course you would be happy to pay them... you 'know' they will redeposit after that win, and now under the delusion that Virtual "pays fast and without problems" they will probably deposit even more money than before.

BUT.... if you have even the slightest inkling that a player may actually be capable of winning on a regular or consistant basis, due to what you term them as a "skilled player", you will do everything possible to get rid of that player, and make him/her feel as 'unwelcome' as possible,(long delays in payment, changing T&C every other day) or making the T&C so ridiculous that only a 'degenerate' would accept them. (which is what you want)

You don't go to K-Mart to buy 'quality' merchandise... you go there for 'bargains and deals'... THAT is the type of casino YOU are running.

At least admit that, Ted. You would get a bit more respect on the boards if you did, as would your casino.

Have you had Virtual Danny offer a "Blue Light Special" yet? :rolleyes:

Just had to respond after reading -- I played with no coupons used - cashed out on 12/21/2004 - Got Mad because I have not been paid yet!!!! after E-mail I received from Ted yesterday I still have not been Paid-----

Ted, I have a question for you ...

I've signed up in the past under the Virtual Casino website. I do understand that your skins do not allow a player to sign up under a different skin and expect to claim a sign-up bonus since s/he has already done so under another skin.

However, your skin ablackjack.com offers a redeposit bonus of 100% up to $5000. Even though I haven't played under ablackjack.com, would I still be able to redeem this redeposit bonus (if I was so inclined) since I already have an account with the Virtual group?

I am already very familiar with your T&C, so I recognize the sticky bonus limitations and maximum withdrawal limits. My question solely lies with being able to redeem a redeposit bonus even though I haven't signed up with that particular skin of the Virtual group.

I will play your casino without a sticky that is 30X WR requ. or more. Nobody that is sane plays that sort of requirements for a sticky bonus.

I will, and this board will be informed by me, documented, as to how long it takes to get the funds back. Your 24 Hrs payouts are now to the test.

It's easy: with phoenician I usually deposited $100, my goal was to make it $200 and collect, or go broke. That's fair enough, don't you think? And the refund was virtually instant.

The test will be a deposit of $200, the goal will be to make it $300 or lose $100 so the cash out will be $100 if I lose, or $300 if I win, to make sure there is a cash out. I will call first and advise whomever answers that I don't want bonuses.

If the 24 hrs is true, you have gained a "regular".

I welcome all input, insight and opinions from all members of this board.

We ALL know that your casinos are a scam. You come here and attempt to sweet talk these matured players into believing that Virtual is a well tuned organization.
But, I believe, that we all know how Virtual really is and what the Virtual Group stands for.

The questions asked by Thatchatch were answered, but could have been asked and aswered in the other thread.

What is happening here is a spill over from the other thread. And many of these posts can be handled either via PM or email. Please keep the bashing to the minimum - most of it is unwarranted or unnecessary. Thread closed - please use the referred to thread to continue talking about whatever you are trying to say.

And about my position on the Virtual Casinos which keeps on being referred to or misconstrued; I have discussed this to the point of ad nauseam. Please do some searches in the forum, newsletter, rogue section, or webcast, and you will know about my experiences in the past and how I feel about it now. Thanks!
