    Last night i deposited and had a good session at Virgin Games

    Withdrew and in morning winnings were in my paypal account

    logged back in to check details and my account was still showing my winnings. :what:

    Anyway i phoned up and sent an email showing payment in my paypal.

    Again tonight i still had funds in and again phoned support.

    They confirmed that i had been paid..

    But

    They left a 1/4 of my winnings in as a gesture of goodwill :thumbsup:

    Thank Virgin.

    Surprised that they are not accredited as i find there support is very good with half decent promos and occasional gifts :D

    Yep, very quick on paying and like you, I have logged in and found random amounts of cash sat there in my balance! Plus their free daily game for Secrets of the Phoenix (which I have had some good luck on), it is good. A few months back they gave me £10, I got the wishing well thing up on Rainbow Riches and had a withdrawal in place for £200 - all free of charge and from memory, no wagering requirements?

    That's good service. I used to play there a lot but I thought it went downhill after Virgin sold it. Most of the games disappeared and the VIP service virtually died overnight. However, I was in at the Gamesys offices recently (after they sold Jackpotjoy to Intertain) and they were talking about making Virgin their flagship brand so maybe this is all part of the process.

    virgin withdrawal

    I withdrew back to my mastercard on Saturday, however still no sing of the money even though its on my account as "success"... I Know that a few other casinos are extremely quick, leovegas withdraw funds via bank transfer and they are in my account within 2 hours.

    I had a bad experience at Virgin long ago. I kept having bad luck there and complained... big mistake. They threw the are you too poor to play here crap at me which I objected to because I only have play money to waste and they banned me. One things for sure, it's a great way of making sure big losers don't get anything back.

    Tending to try this casino as they have some of my favourite WMS games.
    It seems they have a first deposit + 200% bonus with only a 4x WR?
    Must check that out.
    I am not a user and fan of SUB's but this one seems very very reasonable.

    Probably 4xD&B at least! ;)

    EDIT:

    Never mind,after filling out the registration form I got following message:

    Virgin Games: untitled.JPG,May 2, 2016

    Weird to have Ireland in the dropdown menu available and let a new customer fill out a whole lenghty form to then deny them as a customer.

    Nice one.

    /sarcasm off

    You'd have been disappointed anyway, since slots only contribute 10% of wagering, only bingo contributes 100%.

    So the SUB is actual 40x for slots or 4x for bingo

    Aha thanks for the heads up...
    Was just reading through their quite lenghty t&c's and it has some weird stuff in it...

    Also my issue has been resolved as I was subscribing through a VPN connection.
    Had not de-activated it so my IP showed actually that I was residing in The Netherlands.
    So I actually can register as Irish resident but defo will not go for that SUB.

    Just regular deposits as usual. :thumbsup:

    My Virgin Games Review

    Hey all,

    As Virgin Games is not in the accredited section of Casinomeister I thought I give you my thoughts about this casino.
    I tend not to subscribe to any unaccredited casino's normally but Virgin Games was an exception to that rule as Virgin is a solid brand and that gave me some trust.
    Also some CM members have played there and always had been paid so I gave them a go myself.

    The casino website is very easy to navigate and signing up was done fairly quickly.
    I was able to deposit right away without sending in any KYC documents.

    Their selection of slots is very small but the ones they do have I like,so not a problem for now.
    Amongst the selection there are some popular WMS, Netent and IGT titles.
    I hope they add more slots in the near future,I think they need to do that as otherwise a lot of slot players will lose interest in this casino quickly.
    They do have poker, bingo and a live casino option for Blackjack and Roulette if that is your thing.

    Games run fairly smooth on their implemented Gamesys casino engine however there is a chat function that slows down games,especially Montezuma (WMS) gets very laggy for me when the FS trigger.
    You can disable the chat but when you change slots you always have to switch the chat off again.
    It does not save the switching off so this is a bit annoying.

    Their t&c's are quite a long read and will leave that to our official t&c's king Dunover. :)
    However I have read through most of it and there are a few vague terms in it like:

    So if you win more than they allow you to win they just can void those winnings. :eek:

    Now for all the poker players amongst us (I love poker but mainly play real table games), above term is obviously very vague and I do not like that kind of terms at all.
    How can any casino determine if you are soft playing.
    I don't think this term should be there at all as it is just not viable to prove as many players have many different play styles.

    Ok enough about their t&c's because like I said they are quite lenghty but I suppose this can also be seen as a good thing as they have everything clearly written out to their customers.
    Nearly no room for discussion when an issue arises.

    I managed to make a withdrawal last night and found out my account was locked for any withdrawals.
    Of course,here comes the KYC procedure in place.

    Didn't take me a long time as all I needed to send in was a copy of my drivers license (front and back) and a copy of a utility bill no older than 3 months.
    Did upload those last night via live chat (very nice and friendly lady) and my account got fully KYC'd by this morning and my account was fully enabled.

    Made my withdrawal and got paid 5 minutes after to my Skrill.

    This is a nice little casino which reminds me of one of the first casino's I have ever registered for online (long before I joined CM) :D
    This casino was Jackpotjoy,not sure if they are still around.
    Mainly focussed on Bingo but with some slots available.

    Anyway,long story short.
    For an unaccredited casino they scored not too bad in my books.

    Pro's:
    * easy to navigate website
    * quick KYC procedure
    * 24h live chat
    * fast withdrawals (based on my first WD which only took 5 minutes)
    * staff seems nice (based on 2 chats I have had with them sofar)
    * Big brand name
    * V points for cashback

    Cons:
    * limited choice of slots (chat told me this will improve soon)
    * limitation on winnings (excl. jackpots)
    * not all countries are accepted - limited jurisdiction

    All in all a casino that probably would pass to get accredited here if they wanted to.

    Overall: 7/10

    Surely a place where I will drop in from time to time. :thumbsup:
