Videoslots withdrawal problems 🥺

Hello everyone I’m from Norway so please excuse my English.
I have a withdrawal problem with videoslots 🥺
I have been playing there for a while, and withdraw from them before without problems. This time I won a bigger amount probably because I played with a huge amount on every spin by accident.
When I tried to withdraw I suddenly had to verify my account ,that’s ok. I got verified, but then they said they couldn’t withdraw to revolut, the same way I deposit through. So support asked For other payment solutions, in the meantime suddenly my account was frozen (because they meant I have a gambling problem) they tried to call from blocked number so unfortunately I didn’t answer, but on mail we booked an new phone call last Monday.to days ago ( I didn’t here from them) on last Friday,because I didn’t answer there first call they blocked my account.
So I can no longer enter my account.
I have been in contact with support every day.
I’ve done everything they asked for , i have given them withdrawal solution (muchbetter,AstroPay,PayPal,ecopays and to of my Norwegian bank accounts ) they say that there is a problem with all of them?
There is not because I withdraw from another online casino this last Monday. This was a new casino for me and I had to verify there as well, but that casino as many of the other casinos my money was on my account the same day.
Videoslots says that there payment apartment are working on it, but now it’s been over a week since I won and I really hope I get my money. Is there hope or what should I do?

Yes thank u I understand that , but according videoslots they have problems with that and all the payment options they requested from me ?
Why would they ask for all the help payment solutions from me ,when apparently they can’t use them anyway?
Am I going to receive my money end how long will it take?
It’s so sad because I really liked videoslots, and I advertised about them to all my gambling friends 🥺

Funny when the gambling problem thing only comes up when the player wants to withdraw. Seems a bit silly. Even a problem gambler can afford a withdrawal.

Some logic casinos have. Deposit thousands in a go --> no problem gamblers here. Want to withdraw a win --> hey, take it easy, you might be a problem gambler.

Yes exactly,no problem with gambling when depositing. I mentioned that for them as bell , " funny when I deposited to you I had no problem, but when I want to withdraw I have a problem??" I did not receive a comment on that "

Maybe a stupid question but technical problems like that, what’s the usual timeframe??

I'm having the same issue, I had to update my card's expiration date been depositing no problem but after verifyng the card again I want to cash out I have no options to so.

No it was the same for me , I’ve got a mail yesterday from support team and this looks like their really working on it 🤞🙏
So hopefully , I cross my fingers that they have solved my case (and the rest who might have the same problem as me)
