The battle reward issues are being checked by our technical team still, and I just chased this with them - they are still working on a permanent fix for the battle reward issues we're having and will keep us posted.
Please know that the messages that were missed were by mistake.
We appreciate your feedback and really do care about you. We unfortunately can't come with a definite resolution here and now to these issues but all we can do is assure you will make absolute sure to credit any due rewards for you.
The issue we're facing is also that not all the battles are being affected and so it isn't necessary to check all of them, this is why people are reporting the specific battles to us in chats and emails. The technical team are investigating the cause of the issues and whilst the permanent fix is coming, we will continue to manually check and credit but this process does take time as it's done manually.
