Ok so I don't know what the process is to hand out the free spins, but every bleeping week they give me free spins on games I can't play. Then I have to take screenshots, then I have to go to chat and answer a million questions to the chat bot to verify it's me, then wait for a chat person, then explain what happened, then they tell me to clear my browser cache, then I tell them it's because the provider has blocked play from Canada, and then eventually they replace the spins. A lot of times if it's just 5 or 10 spins I don't even bother because who's got time for that?
Today I got this, out of 145 free spins - 105 of those are from games I can't play. So I'm currently chatting with a helpful support person, but jeez you guys you'd think it would be less of a hassle for everyone if they could get it sorted before handing the spins out. I know I'm not the only one because chat was quite slow to respond today and from the time I initiated the chat was appx 28 minutes til the time it was done.
Anyways I'm just moaning, they did get it sorted - but it is annoying to have to do this all the time.
