The battle reward issues are being checked by our technical team still, and I just chased this with them - they are still working on a permanent fix for the battle reward issues we're having and will keep us posted.

Please know that the messages that were missed were by mistake.

We appreciate your feedback and really do care about you. We unfortunately can't come with a definite resolution here and now to these issues but all we can do is assure you will make absolute sure to credit any due rewards for you.

The issue we're facing is also that not all the battles are being affected and so it isn't necessary to check all of them, this is why people are reporting the specific battles to us in chats and emails. The technical team are investigating the cause of the issues and whilst the permanent fix is coming, we will continue to manually check and credit but this process does take time as it's done manually.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

This isn’t true, I placed in several Golden Ticket 2 battles and only received 1 Reward. It seemed I was getting 1 reward out of four on the same game.

Hey guys noobie here with my first post. I been dieing to comment about the battle weekend prizes waiting for aproval to post hehe
i should be expecting about 30 prizes i think but no idea what the ids are.

Apart from the 3 min downtime Frenzy Monday was friggin AWESOME :)

No one knows how long but days at least i guess.

And some feedback from yesterday. Little downtime but otherwise everything worked as it should. All prizes also credited as normal so let's hope
the biggest problem with payouts has resolved.

I am talking about being respectful in this forum. Videoslots is a member here - just like you and everybody else. If they came here and started posting that you suck, are a shitty customer, and an evil player, I would be reading them the riot act to them as well.

The last battle with the game "wolf gold" has not been settled with me. I will not give you the battle ID because I do not have it in the history, as if it does not exist.
That's why I will write that I think I should get 5fs but I will not check it because I have nowhere.

I've heard they may be considering an extra battle weekend this Sat/Sun - Shorter version but nevertheless extra as compensation ;)

Hope you are all doing well :)

Firstly, we want to apologize for the frustration many of you have had due to the Battle and payout issues that we have been experiencing this past weekend. Technical issues can obviously be very suddenly and super frustrating, especially on a battle weekend.

We want to thank you all for waiting, and helping us identify all the effected battles that had not paid out. We have been working nonstop to identify all the effected battles, and have now successfully identified all the battles that failed to pay out this weekend.

Many of you in this thread have already noticed that we have started manually crediting these effected battles now, and will continue to do so today.

Our hope is to have all the effected battles credited today, but due to the large amount of battles effected, this could take a bit longer till every last battle is credited.
