They do that so they don't have to run another weekend

I would also expect all the battle ids that were checked and faulty the full payments would be made. So they may compile a list from peoples complaints. Even without complaining they may set the full battle to payout?

Give a pat on the back to the brave battlers giving ids in. I started logging today and have about ten to report.

Who envisaged this thread would be around 50 pages marketing, 20 pages general chit chat and 1353 pages of complaints?

They are half-scam.

Technical issues all the time. They do it on purpose.

I made deposits, met requirements and couldnt play normally again.

24h battles - i could easly play 13-15 battles per hour. Played maybe 4-5 per hour. Every player could easly accumulate 400-500 freespins during 24h of battles.

Easy money in their pocket. They apologize and do sh**.

Hahaha they want battles id from players hahahaha what an absurd.

my question is why did vs not just cancel it all until rectified as it seems you have made a mountain of work for yourselves which was not necessary. if the battles where cancelled on saturday as soon as the issues where raised then all this shit show could of been avoided, i also think that your tech team needs to be sacked with immediate effect

So all missing rewards will be pay out without the player's own activity but still you can always send a list to VS who check's whether exactly your missing prizes have been paid out. Sorry but not convincing now.

I'm not worried about myself every single missing reward has been recorded I’m worried about those hundreds or thousands of players who didn't follow their prize history. If they don't get all their rewards to which they are entitled this is not just "one little problem" anymore. Then we talk about the reliability of the casino.

I think that the weekend was a disgrace. You have tech guys over the weekend who could have reset the battle games to two slots that work and made a fix on the entry issues. I bet that if the site had hit a connection to the site issue we would have seen it addressed within an hour.
Like many I have a lot of awards that have not been credited and the battle experience will probably lose you a lot of custom.
 
Pretty dodgy all round. How will players know if they've had their Reward issued, if they haven't kept a pencil and notepad by their side. How will one know they've been short- changed?

Likely just a 'test run' for future Battles, and to see how damaging the feedback will be whilst cost-cutting. Never known a site to mock their own customers behind a slew of excuses of technical failings. Any other company, no one would use that site or product, but here they get a pass, and seemingly showered in plaudits because......'Reasons'

But it won't matter, VS will continue to pull stunts like this because they can, and because punters are easily distracted by upcoming promos!

Ye i saw here one posting saturday afternoon where the player had asked about problems from CS and CS said tech guys were investigating problems. 36 hours later nothing was fixed and actually sunday with queue-problem was much worse than saturday.
 
Have problems with the rewards reappeared? I don't know about the other players but I didn't get a reward for this battle. If the problems returned, what will be tomorrow?

This is my post from Friday 2/25/2022 Why was it ignored? If @Team.Videoslots will he finally do what he should? Or maybe you are focusing only on marketing?

If you had then reacted and investigated the problem, you could have canceled the battle weekend and postponed it to the following weekend. You'd have less work, by the way.
I have the impression that nothing is working properly for you lately. I skipping the fact that my posts are completely ignored by @Team.Videoslots
 
Thank got I gave up as soon as I did. Only 3 rewards for me to get.
I got to 23 rewards owed. and a full hour of not getting into any on Saturday and realised how bad VS have become. Not only do we get the battle weekend cut in half but we also get a cluster of 92 to 94 rtp games that give you a challenge to get into and then when you do most don't give rewards. Add this to the other cut backs and VS well and truly as lost all its bells and whistles. But this weekend i will thank them for this Parade of incompetence as i won a tidy sum at MRq Yesterday instead

Joined just to comment on this outrageous farce this weekend.

No effort appears to have been taken at all over the weekend to workaround or resolve the issues - why not?

There was no apology in the rather abrupt post from @Team.Videoslots which is unacceptable - people have wasted half their weekends here and are under no illusions this situation is likely to occur again tonight - mainly because you've not advised there is a fix in place.

Comments were ignored over the weekend but promotional messages were posted in here. Talk about tone deaf - who is running VS, Putin?!

You guys really ought to come back with a better response than what you have otherwise some people may conclude this is rogue behaviour - doubly so given recent ongoing issues and change in communications style from VS.

Everyone involved in treating customers so poorly should be ashamed of themselves.
 
Well it was very naïve of me to think I'd log on to my 20 sets of missing spins! On the Saturday Live chat asked me for Battle ID's but when I started reeling them off, they said, there is an issue with rewards paying out but all will be credited. No need for batle ID's. So I stopped logging ID's and stopped playing the battles. Not that I could get into any anyway. Like most folk have already said, a total farce, nothing new. Surprised to see Frenzy Monday still happening though.
@Team.Videoslots It would be great if you would put a notice in the news section so that folks not on forums actually know what's happening and explain what you are doing to compensate loyal players, instead of listing more battles that may or may not work.. No other business would expect to get away with this constant incompetence and stay afloat. I took a long break from playing at VS a couple of years ago due to the same issues we are still experiencing, lack of rewards being a new addon. Replace the Tech department as they're obviously not up for the job, take some downtime and sort your site out. Please!

You know that very many of those who qualified with their hard earned money are not members of this or any other forum and would not have spent their weekend monitoring and taking records of the games that did not give them their rewards.
Why put the onus on those who lost out when Videoslots owe it to them to sort out the mess?
I for one could not be bothered to write down each individual game that did not reward me as I hoped that Videoslots would deal with it for me.

English is not my native language so sorry if there are some grammar errors.

I`ve been playing on videoslots for years, and only on videoslots (seriously only casino where I play), mainy because everything was running smoothly, withdrawals, deposits, games, any problem was solved quickly, etc. And then problem with battles start, first there were small issues with not able to join quene, then rewards missing, etc...u know what I`m talking.
So after months and months of all of these problem things are not getting better, they are getting worse!
I understand, you have problems with codding on the site, you had problem with quene then you remove it, fix it and everything works, and then again its not working!

4. Do you think that classic appology is enough for players? Without any compensation?
5. For how long you think to keep going with this?

For the most part of weekend it was impossible to enter battles thanks to "broken" queue system.
How are you going to compensate for those missed battles?
 
You are naive. They dont care about queue and missed battles.

You didnt want to spend time clicking and waisting your time thanks to broken queue so youre gonna get sh**.

i think it proves that there were no tech people available this weekend cos in past they just turned the queues off but this weekend appears they just left it
 
Running with the assumption it wasn't intentional (:p) they'd be better placed to get hold of the back-up tapes (or whatever they call it these days) and restore to X date. Because all this patching, limiting to 2500 obviously isn't working. In fact, it's making it worse.

Obviously there are going to be teething problems in new set ups but, in general, they're resolved: not in this case where they seem to get worse. If this was in the first month or two of 'Battle of the Slots', fair enough, but it's been running for years now.

From another perspective, they've been slicing and dicing everywhere so the very least they can give to players is a system that works.

The lack of leadership at that weekend was pretty awful - says a lot for what they think of players that they think, be it a skeletal crew at the weekend or whatnot, that they thought it was ok to just let it play out.

But as Goat says, players need to stand up and accept some resp: people will be unhappy but will simply deposit again this afternoon so it hardly sends the right message.

So if you didn't keep track of every battle I'd and prizes that were not credited. Then you get nothing? Live chat never informed me I needed to start wrighting stuff down. They told me they would solve it all on there end and that I didn't need to keep a log of it all. Which we know they won't, it seems if you haven't wrote all this shit down you get no rewards credited, It's beyond funny at this point how unprofessional it is for a casino to ask the customer to keep track of missing rewards. I understand this is up to the player but it seems if you didn't write anything down you won't get anything added unless you go into live chat and give them logs of every single error. Maybe just the way it was worded.

Pretty sure tho that everyone should get the rewards owed. If it was like last few times they go through all the battles and credit spins as they can see what battles never paid. And with the amount of battles it will be easier to go through them than lists of hundreds from loads of players.

Will imagine it will take a bit of time tho. The other week i was getting rewards randomly appearing from battles i had forgot about and i had never contacted them. Only one i contacted for was a DOA freeroll and that was because it was £90 or so which got couple days later.
