It actually sounds like they are trying to buy themselves more time. If they aren't telling you exactly what you need to do or give them then they are simply stalling.
I maybe didn't read all post about the matter but that account with your mother could that have something to do with it?

Wouldn't think so. We followed all the rules and the guidelines they set out, each and every time; nothing was withheld and we asked permission and checked in always
I keep all emails; there wouldnt be anything circumspect - we always check in first

I always try to lend advice as able and am a stickler for following the rules. Nearly, always, play smart, follow Ts and Cs, and right as rain
But things come up and deal with as must.
But sometimes (shakes fist and gives a grrrrr)

Of course they dont match if I cant manually update my profile and your reps wont either
How on Earth could they possibly match?????????

@Casinomeister is this how an accredited casino should behave, block accounts instantly after deposit then give the customer service level that @dionysus is getting here?
@Team.Videoslots why are you blocking play for customers after deposit? Why not block deposits as well while you wait for documentation? Otherwise people might think you are going back to your pre-accredited ways.

So, if true, and address updates to the one I state is my address, then there is NO reason, on god's green earth, the doc will be denied, if that is the (current) mitigating concern, as they will match

I've been...very cautious. Yes, Bryan and max are resources, but one I've been unwilling to mention or say in chat because if nothing else, I'm an adherent, adamnant rule follower and I wouldnt risk my acct using CM as leverage

No I agree with that, but if the rep isn't helping, and you are getting poor customer service, and they are operating like a rogue casino do by blocking play as soon as you deposit, then I think he should know about it.
