Sorry but to charge 42 Euros per withdrawal is insane, and then to pin it on the bank retroactively whilst pleading ignorance isn't on. No one in their right mind would or should tolerate those charges, I don't care if it's God's casino itself!

Especially in light of these 'sudden' processing charges that no one was notified of. And as a few withdrawals have stacked, from my understanding, Helena now has to pay the bank indirectly 80-odd Euros?
