Very Slow process to re open Unibet account

Some years back I closed of my Unibet account. Have started playing again earlier this year. Wrote to CS on Unibet and had a call with them to discuss resposbile gaming /deposit limits etc - which is fine. Then had an email Sunday say account would be open again after 24 hour cool off period. Again fine.

Then was told this was not the case as the RG team need to check my account reopening. Again fine understood. Heard nothing further.
Today after sending a follow up got an email saying account unblocked but deposits not allowed yet as my daily limits I requested were too high.

Account though remains blocked and password reset does not work. Even though I was told it was. Twice I asked cs to confirm if the account itself was unblocked and twice the question was not answered. I have had to lower to my daily depo limits (welcome to UK gambling 2021) and now awaiting RG to yet again check this being told they will get back to me in due course.

I fully get Casinos have to adhere to strict rules now about RG - but god what a process to get an account opened again and seem to be getting told one thing by one person and another thing by someone else. No closer yet to actually even being able to access to my account to update address details etc let alone deposit.

Today it is very painful to try to play in the UK especially when looking to reopen an account. I just wish I could get a clear answer even if its "no we dont want to reopen your account" but still stuck waiting. The only reason I want to play at Unibet are the higher rtps unlike videoslots who seem to be going the other way. Anway Rant over.

I wanted to open an account there as I previously only had an Norwegian account. So contacted support and they changed my email on my Norwegian account so I could open my UK account.

Nice and easy I thought, but I was wrong.
As I had taken a break on Gamestop for 6 months (lapsed over a year ago now) they would need to call me. Note: I was not even registered with them before I went on Gamstop, but apparently they can see all who has been on Gamstop previously, so they wanted to make sure everything was ok.

I never received a call from them back.. :)

Yeah support is sporadic and i seem to get a different answer each time or no answer.

Now I can login to my account but still have a zero DL. No response so far from support on this. Also when clicking Make A Deposit tab its saying I need to send documents to verify my account. When I got to verifaction it says no documents required. So god knows ... day 4 lets see what happens.

Well no further ahead with this. The rep for unibet cant help alas as its apparently a RG issue - they wanted some documents for my DL which I sent earlier this week. Never heard anything further. Annoying thing is they do not respond to email messages sent to support. Its really rude not to even give a response. Account is open / DL limit set and yet cant deposit and zero response last 2 days to messages sent to support. crap expereince - if this is how they treat potential customers.
