Eeek! Another poster who's comma, shift, and enter keys have fallen off their keyboard!

Sorry you learned the hard way. You certainly are not alone in getting trapped by these rouges, with their 'sounds to good to be true' bonus offers (which ARE too good to be true!), and their 1001 excuses not to pay winners.

3-weeks is not exceptional for payment (I once waited 6-weeks :( ). Try to be patient, polite, and don't give up yet! Keep chasing it.

But in future NEVER play at any RTG casino, unless it is accredited by The Meister. :notworthy

Oliver Curran

Isn't "Oliver Curran" the Alan Smithee of the online casino world? (an anonymous name for all of that groups customer service reps)

(Alan Smithee was the name that directors used who wanted to remain "anonymous" for many films until they got "busted".

Sorry to tease you KK but you always seem to see red(rouge).

Dear Bryan,

There is no problem with Ms. x. I have spoken to her myself and have assured her that her withdrawal is in the queue to be processed. It wont be too much longer before she receives her winnings. I am monitoring it personally to ensure that there is no further delay.

Best regards

Oliver

These clowns have got to be one of the biggest jokers around. They never answer emails, they only pay people once they've posted or complained on the likes of here and they constantly try to trick players into depositing for bonuses they're not entitled to.

I won a lot of money at Crystal Palace and High Rollers some months back before having my accounts locked. A couple of months later they started sending me account specific promotions for one of their sister casino's. I thought it was a bit strange and so closely looked through the t&c's to find the gem of a term stating that players who had account locked at any of their sister casino's were not eligible for the bonuses. Note they did not list these casinos.

So the question is why did they start sending me these account specific promotions when they knew I was ineligible? I think we all know the answer to that.

i hear you dirk they were sending me free coupons while my cashin was still pending and they know you cant use a free coupon while a cashin is pending.who knows but i will let you know i cashed out at sci-fi casino and i deposited there met the wagering reqs and had my money sent to me western union in 6 hours.. the same day. if one can do it why cant the others.and its reasons like this that make rtg casino look bad, there are some good ones out there still thank god.. with vegas frontier i chose an overnight express payment and i just checked my cashier and it's no longer pending WOW but will see how long its gonna take me to get it overnight!! thanks to brian i wouldnt even have got this far but im not getting excited till i have my money in hand   i'll keep everyone posted and if they would have paid me on time with no trouble's i would have deposited there with no problems!

The past owners of Vegas Frontier have not paid me almost 5k in winnings and I cant involve Montana anymore as they dont accept claims "older than 60 days". I was in good belief that they were going to solve this still because their past affiliate manager kept giving me promises to help, what never happened. After all this was a very "decent" strategy of them...

It is quite frustrating as I am not sure what to do at this point.

Yup, Bryan and the operator are on speaking terms these days, plus the operator is on the "probation" list here - so you can be sure the operator jumps when Bryan speaks.

Which is very nice for the 10% of forum readers.

The point about account-specific promos is well made, and I believe this may be at the root of the two other currently unresolved issues at Casinomeister. I receive spam from theses casinos every day. I am locked out of just ONE of them. Not all my accounts, just the one. Right at the bottom of the T & C is the "if you are barred at any of our sister casinos you are not entitled to any promos" or words to that effect. Of course, they do not list WHICH casinos - and he currently has about 1/3 of the entire RTG stable under his control. As a test, I just downloaded Vegas Frontier and entered a coupon valid for today. Of course, it redeemed. Of course, I'm not entitled to it. Of course, if I didn't know that Vegas Frontier was a distant "sister" casino to High Rollers' Lounge - the only of these casinos at which I'm barred - and had played and won, I'd be robbed. Of course the account-specific mailing is intentional. Of the course the deeply-buried condition is intentional.

And let's not forget what CasinoCity, the highest-ranked gambling portal in esistence, thinks of Crystal Palace - check item number 12:

And these are affiliate links. AFFILIATE LINKS.

Link Removed (invalid URL)

And this place hits the top of just about any conceiveable gambling search on Google.

All in a fair day's ripoff.

I spoke about this briefly in last week's newsletter.

Well, to many read only your "CASINOS YOU GOTTA JOIN!"-part...
There is too much "Bonus", "FREE"-words ;)

Btw, about Vegas Frontier T&C, this is interesting:

Vegas Frontier Casino will act as the final arbitrator or any dispute involving Vegas Frontier Casino and any other party. Vegas Frontier Casino reserves the right to employ an arbitrator of it's choice to act as an agent of arbitration in place of Vegas Frontier Casino in the event of a dispute.

Well, they change something:

Notice the word 'including' being used. SO basically you can still be locked at a sister casino they haven't mentioned and they'll still void your winnings :what:

Also what happens if you have no idea you've been locked at any of their casinos? You could easily play at one of them once and never try to login again so not know you're locked. Should a player be paid in this instance? Of course they should if they had no idea they'd been locked - its the casinos responsibility to inform you.

Surely the only way for them to do this fairly and correctly is to send you an email stating that you are locked/banned if and when you are?

I've been locked at both High Rollers and Crystal Palace and they've NEVER sent me any sort of email stating this.

Agree

I'd stay away from these promo offers. Your taking way to big of a chance. These guys are known for screwing people and delaying payments. And now these new terms can screw you over even more. Got to agree with what you said Dirk. How would you know if they don't tell you. And don't be surprised if you do contact their customer service and they tell you everything is ok and then you go and play and if you win and cash in they come up with some sort of problem! Way to many things going on with these guys to even bother with them.

The thing is it's OK for everyone who reads this forum - we know the tricks they are trying to pull so know to stay clear. The main issue is for the other 90% of the gambling community that don't visit/aren't aware of the forums.

These are the players that need protecting the most, but are the one's that will be screwed the most by these bogus tactics.

FTR - I still get at least 2 emails every day from Oliver at Vegas Frontier, even though I am ineligble for the offers and have tried to unsubscribe on several occasions.

me to

I also receive e-mails daily. Very annoying. Clicked on the link to not receive them anymore and it didn't help. They must just send out a massive attack of e-mails to everyone that ever signs up at one of their casinos. I was one of the people that was unaware of how bad these casinos were. Wish I would of read about them before I ever got involved with them

I think I've got off lightly. I signed up to Crystal Palace but have never been able to log in. I emailed them on three seperate occassions asking why this was and not once have I received a reply. I definitely don't have accounts with any others from this group so don't know why it would be. Don't even get that much spam from them. In a way its a shame as they have some good promos but I guess its not worth the hassle

Great offers Bad service

Wow locked out before making a deposit. That is a new one. Yeah your probably better off. Yeah the great offer was what got me sucked in. Should of logged on here and read a little though. Now I'm paying for not checking into the great offer I received. Yeah conisder yourself lucky for being locked out :D

Very good experience at Vegas Frontier Casino

Hi,

I got a really nice win 2 days ago at Vegas Frontier, and made a 2,500 USD withdrawal back to my NETeller account. Just wanted to say that no Casino has ever paid me faster, (except places with instant NETeller refund). I made the withdrawal last night, and this morning it was in my NETeller account. Also, I didn't have to send in any documents or faxback forms etc.

Caliban

...

I just made a small withdrawal to my Neteller from their 10$ N/D coupon after meeting 30x playthrough...don't really expect to be paid...just thought I'll try to cashout. If they have problems paying depositing customers, I think I won't see my winnings from a free chip either...Let's see what happens...
