Winz.io refuses to pay me my winnings (208 euro) after I sent them all necessary documents. They keep replying like robots to my emails so my only hope is to post about it here, I am not sure if they even have a representative on this forum. This is what they told me in their emails:

Please be informed that, after a thorough investigation, we have identified a breach of our P.10 Anti-Fraud Policy in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our website
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
. This violation involves providing incorrect registration data and use the documents of 3rd
parties.




I have not given them any incorrect information about me and I have not used documents that do not belong to me. I have no idea how they reached that conclusion, this is absolutely ridiculous.
 
Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
I received an email from Winz today, no real answer, just more nonsense...

"Please note that decision to permanently close your account has been made by the management and it is final.
You can request withdrawal of your deposit as an exception, all winnings have been deducted from your account due to Casino's Terms and Conditions violation. It will be confirmed and the account will be closed right after."


I can get back my initial deposit of €100, but the €208 winnings wont be paid out to me for some mysterious reasons. I hope the Winz rep answers here soon, I can't wait to get an explanation for this.

FTR: we are now in receipt of sufficient evidence to confirm fraudulent activity involving the OP which means we’ve rejected the OP’s complaint against the casino, decided in favour of the casino, and will now ban the OP from Casinomeister for PAB fraud.
