Winz.io refuses to pay me my winnings (208 euro) after I sent them all necessary documents. They keep replying like robots to my emails so my only hope is to post about it here, I am not sure if they even have a representative on this forum. This is what they told me in their emails:
Please be informed that, after a thorough investigation, we have identified a breach of our P.10 Anti-Fraud Policy in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our website

I have not given them any incorrect information about me and I have not used documents that do not belong to me. I have no idea how they reached that conclusion, this is absolutely ridiculous.
