Hey all

I purchased $750 at USAcasino365 the 20th of august this year. Got 50% in bonus. Wagered more than enough. The 21th of August I cashed out $1250 from my account. I haven't heard from the casino since. I have contacted their support via e-mail plenty of times with no result.

I filed a dispute at OPA late september and they promised me to look at it. I have contacted OPA a couple of times since. First, they promised me to "put some pressure on" the casino but the last couple of times they haven't replied for some reason.

At this point I do not know what to do and hope that someone maybe has a suggestion.

Best Regards

I know what I am writing is no help but maybe Bryan can look into the matter. He is great at solving these kinds of problems. But as to the OPA, I can't say anything good about them. I too had a problem and wrote to them. I got one reply at first saying they would look into it. Each time I would ask what was the status, I would get a reply back saying they would look into the matter. This was back in August and I am still waiting.... Anyway, This casino should be on the casinomeister's Rogue list.

Sorry for your troubles.

Sorry to hear you've been having communication issues with the OPA, guys. I have referred this to the right people as no-response to members' emails is discourteous. You should he hearing from them soon.

Bear in mind that although most complaints are resolved within short time periods there are those that require more time for debate or are simply prolonged by intransigence and bad comms on the other end. That doesn't excuse OPA not responding when you email them for progress reports. BTW what email did you use in your attempts to chase OPA - maybe that facet needs attention.

USACasino365 is a GSS outfit. That's not good news.

is temporary unavailable and is undergoing a re-organization and will have an update shortly.

I click on the site and this was posted. What does that mean? Are they going out of business because they can't play their players?

i'M SEARCHING FOR NEW GAMES TO PLAY AND i CAME ACROSS cASINO VR AND I LIKE THE MULTIPLY PLAY REELS SLOT GAMES. BUT I'M AFRAID THAT I SAW SOME NEGATIVE REPORTS POSTED HERE.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT CASINO VR OR IS IT ONE OF THOSE CASINOS TO STAY AWAY FROM? DO THEY PLAY OUT. OR THE REPUTABLE?

BRYAN, WHAT'S THE WORD ON THEM, JETSET WHAT DO YOU KNOW?

No no no, jackbaby - I wanted to know what OPA email address you used when chasing your complaint - the one on which they did not respond?

Please let me know when you are contacted this time as I have chased this for you.

I think you need to check a few "rogue" lists like Casinomeister, Gamemaster and OPA before you select casinos - those three sites will give you a fair balance. But note that these are independent lists so inevitably there will be the odd discrepancy between them.

Just wanna follow up on my complaint against USAcasino365. Any news?

And of course would I also want Bryan to take a look at this case!

Another family member played at Casino VR - had a good BJ run, BUT then it cut out several times on biggish bets and was never given the opportunity to finish the games. At that time in their T/C it said that they were not responsible for anything like that! Consequently he lost, and never played there again.

Interesting the methods some casinos devise in order to give with one hand and take with the other LOL!

Jacky, your complaint was entered in the OPA database; I've asked our Danish rep to look at it and to email you.

The OPA probably did not receive any response from the casino. Casinos using this software have been OPA "Not Recommended" for two years.
