Tornado hits dionysus and slotmaster's area

We're good here but was a little nerve-wracking; we were out of town at the family vet when the emerg alert hit saying get indoors - i made mom pull in to a drive thru for lunch; glad we did, we didnt drive through the mess - not far from here really...5 min maybe it touched down and we would have driven through some of the barrage

Not....super awful as far as tornados go, but some people def got hit poorly; bashed in houses, smashed cars, tipped trailers, full sides missing from homes

I was in the tornado storm of 28 March 1984 living in Fayetteville. They didn't come directly through my neighborhood, but you could see them being lit up in the near distance with the incredible electric storm that was raging. Dozens of people were killed and over 1500 folks injured.

Tornados can be pretty intense. Glad you folks remained safe.

I was in Myrtle Beach when I was a teen when they had a tornado warning on our last full day there and we were supposed to go to the amusement park and the hotel is like no you can't go out, you got to take cover in your room.

Now a propane factory explosion down the street and same end of town as Tornado.
