Hey guys Is there a rep on here for mecca?

There was a promo ONLINE which stated visit your club 4 or more times this month to get £20

The club has no idea of this promo when i asked them today as its an online offer they told me to talk to them online so I did and it was pointless

Brierly hill was the club. You can Speake to there manager who knows me as im a regulator in there to confirm i attended I went in today and found out the highstret side entrance when you swipe it when no one is there it does not work

This was when they just closed the chat after i waited 1 hour instead of passing me on to someone else.

going around in circles I know its only £20 but its annoying.

Never done it personally but heard of something similar in the past where the land based club gives a scratch card type handout with codes on when you meet the promotion criteria which you then use online when your return home in the bonus code section of your online account.

This sounds very similar, if they know you as a regular face to face, I would defo look more in to this when you next visit the club in person.

They did the exact same offer in august, You get an email saying your online account has been credited with £10 bingo bonus £5 slots and here is QR code to take in to club.

But I spoke to the manager who said he had no idea of this offer as it was an online promotion.

But trying to explain to live help they just DC me saying Theres no more they can do?
 
I gave up live "help" some good years back, one of the most frustrating things in existence.

Maybe ask next time your visit the land based club or give their helpline a call on the phone, tomorrow when the staff may have changed shift and you may fluke someone who knows what you're talking about.

Good Luck, appreciate just how frustrating these things can get.
