So my new job started today and it was just a short introduction and get together between the staff.
As it is a new office everyone was new so I have met the engineers and technicians, the office manager, the accountant and the sales team.
All in all a small team but all people seem nice and I look forward to work with them.

The heating system was only set up today and the internet will be installed tomorrow.

My office is lovely and spacious but I will be on the road a lot as well as I am required to visit clients in Ireland and Northern Ireland and was told today I will get a company car for that.
Further I will be attending various conferences, my manager actually is going to G2E in Las Vegas next week and if I am still working here next year she said I should come too.

Anyway the real job starts Monday, will only be helping to get the office ready today and tomorrow.
Below is my office, will be lovely once it is decorated the way I see fit.

Also @Casinomeister , once my work contact details are set up I can be set up here as the I-Gaming Rep for EGT.
I will let you know once all this is completed, most likely next week at some stage.
My manager knows this website and she thought it would be a great idea to have a rep for EGT active on this forum.

Always feels good to use your savings for something you really want instead of using it for some unexpected bills or when you have to replace broken items

yup, and generally been the problem
have a few times set 1k or so aside, but there's ALWAYS something to pay or catch up on
first summer, where that's sorted - and a bit of gravy - where savings were truly gravy

Well, not today as today was long (as usual) and crappy (as usual) but the other day I made my 1st sale on Amazon!. today i feel good because I've been feeding a feral for over a year now and we caught him today
been working with the local Trap N Release and tonight we caught him; going in and getting fixed tomorrow and re-released here but has a new winter set -up. two insulated straw shelters and an insulated feeding station to keep him fed and safe this winter
(no, he wont be sent to a shelter nor adopted, hes pure feral)

It differs depending on what part of the forum the thread is created in i think.

Today I feel good beause... it's raining
Generally Sundays are run around and attack stuff days; chores, errands, projects
But had fam visit yesterday so did all the housecleaning and laundry.
Been running around non-stop sorting the deck, the feral cat,, Halloween, and general projects
And while I'm already a little bored by 10am lol, I can sit on my ass and just read and do tv catch-up and relax; even all the fur monsters are in sleeping

I actually feel pretty good; bills are paid (and actually a bit ahead), fridge is full, gifts are bought for.
So, while on one hand, I'd need to borrow a nickel to be able to rub 2 nickels together, it could be much, much worse for an insanely stressful and expensive time of year.

Today I feel good because my kids and I put the Xmas tree up.

This year I managed to get to my Aunties and pick up my Mum and Dads old Xmas decs. Theres some decorations that are well over 60 years old and a few that are special like the box drawer and bear with a lock of hair and an old tooth of our dog Jojo.

Feels nice to wake up to the old decs.

So been a bit of a bastard last month; phone broke, tablet broke, house flooded, 2 toilets replaced, 2 days ago stove fell apart and yesterday no power

anywho lol, today I feel good cuz a new feral came round ... hopefully he keeps coming around so I can build some trust to trap and vet him for a check-up and spay-neuter

funny little thing, didnt want to eat from the bowl, but let me spoon feed him so figured maybe a pet wandered over but apparently he's been out and about 2 years

trapped the feral kitty, he's chilling in my garage with food, water and poo box
afraid but not panicky, bitey or anything, mostly mellow, hopeful he'll get rehomed
he's a pretty boy

was told DO NOT let him out of cage
but its' a freezing garage and small metal cage and I'm a soft touch so enh, let him out, and made him a blanket bed - he can't get anywhere, will just be a bitch coralling him in the a.m.

to wrap it up, was a right bastich getting kitty back in the cage this morning but hes off to the vet for check-up and microchip check
if hes friendly, rehoming, if feral, fixed and dropped back here where Ill continue to feed him

Just found out ebay increased my selling limits! Just as I am working on trying to figure out how to scale reselling on ebay and Amazon. Got an item coming for Amazon to see if a new way will work or not.

Also finally my credit score rebounded yesterday a smidge from I assuming last year's nonsense with the bank as have been waiting months for that to happen.
