Those screens (more so the rhino one SEVERAL times) are what 'Set me off'

Totally understand that 'these things happen' but how often, all the bloody time it seems!

What's mega annoying is a lot of players (me included in this one) have a very limited budget for gambling and mine personally breaks down to 'One deposit per day' (unless I withdraw then maybe a bit more)

This is where I get pissed off, I shop around for the best 'deal of the day' spot a nice 100% with all my fave games, Buzzing, great mood, look forward to the session :)

Now made the depo, started to play, oh looking fucking errors galore, session spoilt, cash wasted, good mood is now RAGE :mad:

So unfair and no one seems to give a shit from the casinos side.

Agreed, Pissed me right of, I still had a balance when I done my post so it wasnt as if I was winging that I lost :) But like you said when your on a tight rope and theses occur it pis you of, You rarely get a game now days any way and with errors it just makes it worse, It brakes down your deposit so it just really not worth the deposit, O.K people seem to think that the game will be there and nothing would of changed, I beg to differ

Im playing Gemix and the lag is horrendous.

If i wasnt stuck in a WR i would have withdrawn by now

I would of done also, But just could not be asked, I was looking foward to playing there as well due to not being able to see games on the old site for months,

They had put up a message this morning about having problems. You didn't see it or was it removed already?

I had a good butchers around the site today, Not a message in sight, Trying to find more about the promo there doing, It states about the riddle and free games but where is the riddle? I still not received no emails about none of this,

I'm eligible to for a 100% match (valid to midnight) so may have a flutter here later on.

Are all games faulty or just one provider?

I had trouble across the brands, Check what games are allowed as theer are games you would not of thought, It states will not be able to play but loadded up and showed cash (bonus) when i tried but didnt test the spin

Last couple of sessions has been mostly WMS and MG for me (go figure my fave games are IR and Rhino lol)

Netent was laggy but not as bad, so cool(ish) for low rollin' DOA if that's your plan maybe?

Rhino disconnected no less than 8 times yesterday, previous session was double figures and the old 'endless spin' on IR roughly every 25-30 spins :(

This is one of very few advantages land based have over online, played in my local yesterday on 'lunch break' and smooth as a baby's bottom :p

Anyway I'm ranting again after seeing this thread so I'll be quiet now.

Still struggling to log-in since they relaunched. Sent them yesterday a screenshot and got today an answer.

Can anybody more savvy in English explain to me what they mean?? Is Thailand indeed restricted?? :confused: :what:

Lady in LiveChat yesterday said... "Oh now, sorry for that. Send us a screenshot and will sort it for you".

Over 24hrs later then answer comes in, well no clear answer, rather a riddle.

Not sure if this is due to the new site, but I can't play their Microgaming games at all. I get an error message saying that there's no money in my account, which is clearly false. I've done the whole cookie/cache clearing but of course that doesn't solve anything.

Can't seem to access Thunderkick games either. Site tells me that the selected game simply doesn't exist, even though it is fully searchable/clickable.

I fell for the 100% bonus of course so now that money feels a bit wasted since I can't seem to launch most of the games I was planning on playing. At least there's WMS (which I didn't even know they had until today!).
 
I'm not happy at all. I get that a new site needs ironed out a bit butoo people deposit to play certain games.
Games that I wanted to play with my deposit on Wednesday were not there. They reappeared yesterday only to disappear today again.
The lag was atrocious too.

As for the promo, I'm saying nothing...had enough.

I wouldn't touch them now with all of these problems. It seems like they have migrated anyway since they suddenly have VMS.
I wait a week or ten until I'm sure it's working.

That one time event happened several years ago the first time I played at Casino Luck. Horrible and I just closed my account again.
The first and only time I really got that angry. Didn't complain about it though:)

Thrills now was just an advice for others. I won't play there after reading what others are posting. I am a smart girl and wait.

Total disaster for me, couldn't even load the deposit page last night and now it finally works I'm too late for the 100% match bonus!

Hmm. i did have a peak, and made a small deposit on the day of the new site launch, didn't really run into errors of any kind, but did have to wait quite long for a live chat, so guess they were pretty busy:)
Sorry to hear others are/were having problems, but the CM members could follow Tiri's approach as good guideline here i.m.o., cause when you read some of us are having tech issues, but then still deposit, you shouldn't be surprised if you end up having tech issues too...

Anyway, Erik will tackle all the issues in due time i am sure, i bet he's also just back from the AAC, and is currently swamped..
My advice is to hold off the depo's for a bit, if you're worried, and wait till he's gotten back to you, cause he's is a great guy in my experience, and will solve things in a proper way.

I tried explorer and firefox and had no problems at all today or yesterday. made a nice cashout too :thumbsup:
 
Had problems with depositing but it worked after clearing cache. Had problems with non existing games aswell but they worked after a while. :rolleyes: first cashout ever on Thrills aswell :)
 
I have been sat waiting to speak to live chat for 25 minutes, number 1 in the queue the whole time apparently...

So they have ZERO chat agents at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. BRILLIANT :thumbsup:

Been moaning last couple of sessions about constant errors but just finished a session which ran pretty darn smoothly.

Not one disconnection only the odd laggy spin (1 in 50?)

Pity it was another visit to the Ice Age otherwise I may have actually enjoyed it :p
