Yeah I beriefly mentioned it in another thread yesterday and everything runs a lot faster.

I have not checked it out yet but I will now, Isn't it amazing how theses pretty much new sites are doing there up most to please players and there experience and it seem the old skool casinos have done a dive in a lake and frozen over,

No worries. I was thinking of starting a thread about it anyway as many members here are playing at Thrills :thumbsup:

I also like how fresh their new site looks compared to the old green classic theme they used on the original site.
 
Not sure if the full platform migration has taken place yet (know these guys are moving to IGC)

However had an offer for the 'new' site today so made a £25 deposit.

Same complaint as about 2 weeks ago, constant disconnections and laggy spins, ANOTHER session SPOILT and ANOTHER £25 wasted.

Usually quite understanding about small problems along life's winding road but this really pisses me off!
 
I've just had my ID approved with Thrills so I will be trying it very soon :thumbsup: I have made a deposit on there but I remember my balance going within half an hour :eek: And that was with a 400% welcome bonus :( I guess they're worth another shot.

IF they have migrated, then they've done a good job of it. Because all my MGS 'achievements' on IR, TSII, etc are still intact.

Other casinos only need do an update, to lose everything, yet Thrills can apparently move to a whole new platform, without any problems :rolleyes:

No I believe they won't move for few months yet. At least that's what I read earlier.

it was the 'best of a bad bunch' when I did a quick search, did not feel it was worthy of a new thread, feedback however will still get to the rep with a bit of luck as I hate the 'PM rep' route as I know they are VERY bust (busy, dont wanna spoil goatwacks post :p) people. :)

Why is it, that the Thrills site is still as crappy as it was before? Sure, it looks like candy, but they have the same background problems with it as before.

Site works poorly with FF and still has the odd XSS errors. Is it too hard to write code for a site and test it with all major browsers?

Another thing is, getting bonuses credited as advertised either work or don't. Tonight once again they did not work. They do have live chat and email support, but they are useless. Waited about 20 minutes for an CS agent to respond, but nobody picked up.

Sure new site launches always have little problems, but Thrills seem to repeat the same mistakes. At least have people around to help customers when your site doesn't function properly.

EDIT: Was able to get ahold of live chat (after another 20 minute wait) after changing to another language. The issue was resolved. Just had to wait 40 minutes in live chat ...

Thats the last bloody straw, Error after error, I will just ad a few, I got respect for he reps but at the minute thats all that seems to be coming out from any casino at the minute is the decent reps,

Pissed of being a genie pig for casino's, report this report that, send screen shot, Not our side delete cookies, wait half an hour

On the 3rd shot where it sates something went wrong it didnt, I just made a depo, lucky I didnt quickly make another one when seen the error

Any new site launch ---> WAIT 2 WEEKS until all flaws/errors are found and corrected. Let others be the guinea pigs. :rolleyes:

I, for one, can't even enter my username as i am suddenly in a restricted country. Sara suggested i contact CS, which i did and it is indeed a fault on their side.

Send screenshot, we will sort it out shortly ---> 12hrs later, still can't log in :eek: ...probably is on big pile of problems they are working on right now.

On a positive note, Thrills LiveChat is actually quiet good as you can see which number you are in the queue.

Totally understand that 'these things happen' but how often, all the bloody time it seems!

What's mega annoying is a lot of players (me included in this one) have a very limited budget for gambling and mine personally breaks down to 'One deposit per day' (unless I withdraw then maybe a bit more)

This is where I get pissed off, I shop around for the best 'deal of the day' spot a nice 100% with all my fave games, Buzzing, great mood, look forward to the session :)

Now made the depo, started to play, oh looking fucking errors galore, session spoilt, cash wasted, good mood is now RAGE :mad:

So unfair and no one seems to give a shit from the casinos side.

Im playing Gemix and the lag is horrendous.

If i wasnt stuck in a WR i would have withdrawn by now
 
They had put up a message this morning about having problems. You didn't see it or was it removed already?
