Played on the new site today, deposited 30 and got a 50% bonus. Had a little win of just over 200 so went to check what the wagering was.
Accidentally pressed the forfeit button, asked if I was sure, so attempted to press the no button several times, page froze and all my winnings vanished.
Thrills support not interested and just quote the terms and conditions about forfeiting your bonus. Tried to explain what happened with no joy.
Not impressed at all really.
Anyone else had similar issues with the new site?

If you haven't played more and are prepared to wait a few days I'm sure Erik would help you out.
Send him a pm. Just don't expect him to reply before Monday.

Or you could try to send the casino an email and explain there what have happened. Support should leave it to someone higher up in the chain to look at it.

Just lost the bonus element and winnings, tried explaining that the page froze and became unresponsive, but they did not want to know. Quite disappointing as I have played there for several years now.

I email them and this was there response:

Hello Michael,
Thanks for your email.
Unfortunately, we have to be very rigid with our bonus terms and conditions as being so generous, they are open to abuse.
We would not be able to re-instate the bonus winnings in this case.

Thanks for your reply, but please note this was certainly not abuse, just a simple mistake on an unresponsive website at the time.

And the latest reply is:

At no point did I presume that you were abusing the system.
However, as a result of some players doing this, we have to be consistent with our rules and no bonus balances can be re-instated I am afraid.

Why on earth would I willingly forfeit my bonus when the account was at approx 270 to be left with 30 to play with, they cant seem to understand me?:eek:
 
Even more reason to send Erik a pm. They can help if they want to and I refuse to see that they have any reason for being that stubborn right now when they know their website doesn't work properly.
At least I know he will give you some sort of compensation. He is that good.

I do not think they are looking at the bigger picture, There could be serious errors if you told them that you DID NOT cancel but it did and froze, Yet ignoring the fact or are not recognising there is a problem, If thats there policy about the bonus than thats fair but its not fair if its there fault,

I agree with fun4all that they are a great site, But they have to look into theses errors, But like its been pointed out as its weekend and there is most likely no one on to be able to get the right resolution, I know its not good

I agree, that is poor.

Maybe you should consider a PAB. You should not be punished because of their quality of their website.
There must be some reason in it too.

I gave Erik a heads up too since he hasn't read the last pages in here either.

No mate, I did go for a small deposit on Wednesday for the free spins on Thus - Fri - Sat and instead of 5 spins I received 15 and I think they was reserved for the 50 deposit and also on Sat I got 20 :what: I informed te rep but heard nothing back

free spins for depoist over the weekend Its a pretty good deal if you was going to deposit a few weekend as wager free spins, 2 deposit works out about 25% back in spins and the 5 deposits brings it to over 30% Just a shame the sites that I played at didnt have that deal or would have lots of wager free spins today :mad:

Do you mean you had to deposit 50 five times to get the 150 free spins?

I notice in T&C's that Koi Princess and Game Of Thrones cant be played with bonus.
Getting stupid now, have to check all the time for disallowed games on sites.

Can understand the ones where you build bonuses up on but other ones are getting slipped in now

2 deposits gives you 50 Free Spins on The Wild Chase.
5 deposits gives you 150 Free Spins on The Wild Chase.

Unsure what the min deposit was? My bassis was on the min£25 depoist but now looking back it was 50% up to 25 so unsure what the min deposits was to quilify for free spins, I am sure I did see 25 on site,

Yes them games sites are disallowing are getting bad, I have repeated my self many times over this, sites are putting in games for no apparent reason, What I have seen is no GOT but does not state 15 lines or 243 lines? I see Tomb Raider 2 but unsure if there is a tombrader 1 on there site, If they can put TR2 then why not GOT 15 ways or 243 ways,
