One of the ways to defend agaisnt DDoS attack is to block traffic from countries where there are relatively few customers compared to the number of potentially compromised computers that the attackers could be using. Or it could be something else.

I've been playing a bit at Thrills lately and their site seems VERY buggy... :(
(Windows 8.1 / Google Chrome)

Went to log-in - nothing seemed to happen.
Tried again - said you are already logged in! (But log-in screen still showing)

As full-screen not working (see below), "zoomed" in using CTRL+Mouse wheel - but then the buttons on the slots don't work properly i.e. if you don't move the mouse at all between clicks, then clicking on "spin" does not work.

Yesterday when selecting "Full Screen" the slot was appearing VERY small - probably no more than 20% of the width of my screen.
Tried to replicate this today for a screenshot... and it's even worse!
This is Gonzo's Quest in full screen mode:

TBH, i wasn't impressed yesterday either. Did my first deposit, bonus had to be added manually for some reason, then some slots wouldn't load (Quickfire), had to retry a few times until it actually loaded them....balance jumping all over the place on all slots, Quickfire and Netent......at some point my eyes were glued to the balance to see whether it would actually add wins and subtract bets correctly, which it looked like it was doing so. But boy was that session unnerving .... :(

Started to get the error screen when i tried to log back in to play the 50 FS on Starburst which come with the first deposit, seems now that i won't be able to play them :(

Yeah the balance jumping thing has been happening at numerous sites and I believe it is something to do with EveryMatrix, something they apparently have been working on for weeks now (yawn!) very frustrating and annoying - especially for a company making so much money from the casinos I'd assume, that has gone on for so long now.

No need to worry about balance being adjusted correctly I have 'put up' with this PITA error for weeks now and I did keep an eye on cash balance to start with but it does calculate everything just fine, just spoils the enjoyment for me :(

The worst is DOA as during a 2 scatter 'teaser' (also known as heart stoppers)will the 3rd come or wont it, the balance updates 2x bet before the reels stop so if it does this you know it ain't coming lol.

Can't understand why the mobile site works but not the other, strange indeed.

Regarding the PM, good move but you may have to bear with the Rep, I messaged Monday but did not get a reply until yesterday, I'm assuming they have their hands full with other things, hopefully something to do with getting their tech issues sorted ;)

Working fine from the UK for me today if that helps.

Cheers Simmo. Still no change here, still the same on either Firefox, IE or Chrome. In email contact with support but no real solution yet.

Ended up playing the 50 FS on Starburst on my mobile and made it then with Steam Tower to the minimum withdrawal of 30$ and took that out to Neteller. Really don't like playing on the tiny mobile screen.

The funny part is that i use with my mobile at home the same wi-fi broadband connection as with the laptop. The mobile works fine, laptop not :(

I had my account already verified in advance, let's see how long it will take for the dosh to get to my Neteller account.

Really irritating indeed. Gave up after some time as my coffee mug needed a re-fill. And yeah, DOA, really frustrating to know immediately that you won't have 3 scatters :(

Payment received!!! 4 minutes from request to receiving into my Neteller account. A very big  for that Thrills!!!

Can you please fix now my connection issue and you will have a returning customer :)

Hi

I sent you a reply to your PM, what has happend is that we have been having some tech issues since last night that our tech team is working on solving. As soon as I get some more info from them I will update. Meanwhile thank you for your patience

Regards
Erik

Thanks Erik, got it.

Will wait until you are fully up an running again :)

EDIT: Website loading normally now!!! Job well done by your tech crew :)

I had some very strange things happening earlier at thrills, and previously at other EveryMatrix sites, whilst playing DOA.

The 3rd and 4th reels freeze during some spins, especially when there were 2 scatters on reels 1,2 or 3, although it was also happening on a 'normal' spin. But it's not like the reels just stopped, they just became a blur, like i was watching a glitchy video of the game.

My CPU was working much harder and more of my internet bandwidth was being used, in comparison to playing the game at non-EveryMatrix sites.
in fact it was like I was actually streaming a video rather than playing a Flash game

Also when using autoplay the coin and level buttons were flashing on and off during play. Those buttons are normally disabled during autoplay, but it was actually possible to change bet size between spins, whilst autoplay was running.

This has only been happening at Everymatrix sites. How is this possible, when every casino, supposedly runs the same game program? You'd expect the disabling of buttons to be a part of the core program.

I'm not accusing EveryMatrix of doing anything dodgy. But some of the games are running like you'd imagine those illegal NetEnt coppies to do.

Although it's an EveryMatrix problem, rather than the indvidual casinos such as Thrills. I think I'll be avoiding ALL EveryMatrix sites, until things get sorted

I have noticed all of the above, at numerous sites....This is a general observation and not aimed at Thrills.

The problem is I am not knowledgeable to even hazard a guess at what is going on and I'm not about to start putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with xyz lol

The one thing that has/is bugging me is WHY it is taking so long to sort, if a site goes down (altogether) and is obviously losing money, its all hands to the pump and its back up in no time at all, yet when the site is live but the slots are playing like the old 'pull handle' fruit machines from back in the day, despite assurances that things are been done, it ain't half dragged on forever and a day and although I am probably a million miles away from fact, it does seem like no one seems to care and I can be forgiven for starting to think that way after such a lengthy time.

Anyone doing their freespins competition (40 bonus round target for 100 free spins) beware, there is a technical glitch which is not counting the bonus rounds correctly. CS have reffered it to their technical team to find out why.

I almost thought there was something wrong because I got free spins even though I shouldn't have.
It said I had made 2 or 3 bonusrounds and I know I hadn't made that. Didn't complain about getting 10 free spins anyway since I've had a huge problem getting the ones I should have had before;)

I reported that fault a couple of months back must be a big job! I had a lot of tech issues last time i played at thrills many of which have been mentioned here so i guess it wasn't just me.

Whats going on with these guys? Im having the same issues. The count is way out, and with the first response they had failed to add the "lightning" muliplier of 2x awarded for the amount. When I have asked for player logs I got the following response:

"Our casino department has now double checked your bonus rounds. You got the bonusgame 13 times yesterday and 2 times on Saturday. All your 13 bonus rounds yesterday have been credited double which is why you have 26 rounds from yesterday.

Unfortunately our casino department can't get a sheet downloaded from the system but everything has been now carefully checked through and the rounds have been corrected"

I know for a fact this is incorrect, there were at least five more bonuses than this.

This is my response:

"Hi - I am disputing the number for a reason as it is incorrect, I played the games, I am 100% certain that your figures are inaccurate, it is not a speculative request on my part.

As you are saying this is not the case it is reasonable of me to ask for proof of your findings. You will have records of my play which is a regulatory requirement and which I am reasonably requesting".

Judging by that other players have had the same issue, I am concerned that the burden of proof is on me when they have the records sitting there available.
