Guts/Betspin/Rizk and generally the issue with Groups and Operators linked by licence

Did you talk to Ben about it? Nothing can make me believe he would let his staff close an account for no reason.
I asked a question to Ben about Rizk and he said: "Sorry, but I run the company that provides them with their platform and I have nothing to do with the day to day or overall management of the casino."
And he re-directed the question to someone else. I think his position at the casino changed.

I bet above the allowed bet by accident once at Guts and they were cool with it; they never bonus banned me.

From what I have read so far I see no indication of bonus abuse.
If the casino believes otherwise, what can you do?

iGaming Cloud provides the platform for the casinos (Ben) so if you want to ask managerial questions regarding the casinos probably best to go to Captain Rizk (Rizk) or Yits (GUTS)

I meant of course if he had been talking to Ben at the time it happened, not now.

Now, as Dionysus says he's not the person to turn to. The others are good enough as far as I can see :)

Granted, nigh on three weeks since his last login, but then, there could be any number of personal reasons for this.
If it hits a month, I'd pm Bryan as a heads up. (ps - this isnt directed at anyone in particular - rather, anyyone trying to pm Yits).

Without being too harsh i simply wouldn't care what is going on in their private lives as it is just that - private and shouldn't interfere with their professional duties.If it does, step aside for a while and let someone else step in,if you can't handle it long term well then i guess your out of a job but to cite "personal reasons" for just leaving your customers hanging does not wash with me.

True, but there are no less than 2 GUTS reps in the forum to contact. Additionally, there's live chat support and email who can easily forward any pressing concerns or elevate matters.

Fo me? A month is negligence. Two weeks - we've no idea what pressing concerns have arisen.

So what your saying is that anyone looking one is actually being ignored by both??? I assume if one is unable to deal with queries the other checks out inbox for them or they have it forwarded.Or is it just a little game of chance we play,try and get one and if they don't respond after a few weeks try the other?? After that go to live chat,email ? Why bother having reps at all.
I personally given GUTS history with me wouldn't give them leeway at all.

For Tony, I understand his absentia - there's Yits for day to day forum.

Before I'd think to burn Yits at the cross I'd be more concerned he's well and able. Like I said, if anything were truly pressing, there's in-site support, 24/7.

It may well be indicative of something larger - I just prefer to err on the other side.

Back the 15th he probably had more urgent things to do. Then we had the weekend and I'm sure he will come in this week.

Your dealing with Guts happened a year ago, but have affected other accounts recently. You did say in this thread earlier that it wasn't a big deal so he maybe thought you were a patient guy. He will deal with it and he will say he's sorry he's late :)

You are correct he said he was away for 5 days back 15th,another 6 days have gone by now?

How do you know he will deal with it today tomorrow or any other day?? You don't you are just coming out with your usual defence of your favourites which is quite frankly getting a bit tiresome

I don't need to go onto chat, i have pm'd him numerous times.
Now please explain why it would be "apparent" to me that he will either address my issues or delegate them? He hasn't up until now so why is it "apparent" it is anything but:rolleyes:

Sorry and if he IS the Casino Manager and that job now takes up so much of his time perhaps he shouldn't of put himself forward for this role as rep on this forum as it appears obvious that he is not able to devote the time to it

Mac72, as it happens Yits was in a meeting with me at that time, where we were discussing - amongst a large number of other matters - your case and that of taximania123.

There have been other points on this during this whole thread and so to be clear. Earlier this month we upgraded our cross referencing software and procedures to ensure that these type of situations should not happen in the future, this means that anyone that has an exclusion from any of the brands should NOT even be able to register at another brand during an exclusion period.

What it also means is that on top of an already full workload there is a backlog of cases that are being resolved on a daily basis. Taximania123 should receive a communication in the next hour or two that his case has been resolved and Mac72, Yits will get to your case later today.

You can rest assured that these cases still have visibility and are being actioned, the necessary processes are being followed. The relevant and auditable paperwork that we need to do for these cases is being created and processed

Quite probably correct. He has/had very big shoes to fill. Since neither you nor I am aware, perhaps that's one more thing currently on his plate.

Anyway, you and I (and I happily accept my fault here) have derailed mighily, and I'm happy, having had my 2 cents, will step back.
I'd think, if you've grievances not being addresed, maxd and Bryan are your next recourse.

She as usual is playing down something that is an issue for me and i am pointing out that when someone tells me they will be back in 5 days and then ignores various communications thereafter that annoys me,and for someone else to interject and start making excuses for that 3rd party annoys me even more.

As a quick aside, 2016 notification addresses all of 2015; and 2015, for 2014...so essentially, they won the awards before the most current..ie but a year and a bit they won
Additionally, as it turns out, Tril was likely pretty spot on.
