I asked a question to Ben about Rizk and he said: "Sorry, but I run the company that provides them with their platform and I have nothing to do with the day to day or overall management of the casino."Did you talk to Ben about it? Nothing can make me believe he would let his staff close an account for no reason.
And he re-directed the question to someone else. I think his position at the casino changed.
I bet above the allowed bet by accident once at Guts and they were cool with it; they never bonus banned me.
From what I have read so far I see no indication of bonus abuse.
If the casino believes otherwise, what can you do?
