Having been a member here for eons, I have seen them all come and go. Lots of promises, reps and casinos with more 'potential' than a new BTG Slot - even those who claimed they would never change their operations, RTP or hairstyle.
One brand that has stood the test of time has to be L&L - Casinos like All British, CasinoCasino, Fun Casino, Yako and Yeti. This has been largely due to their ever present rep @L&L-Jan. There have been fantastic reps at Casinomeister over the years, but very few have stuck around like Jan has.
I first met Jan sometime ago when we ended up chatting about his BIG Win of 600Eur on Dead or Alive on an 0.18c bet - He was over the moon. Being the avid DOA fan I am, we instantly hit it off and often just discussed slots and our recent wins. I warmed up to Jan as I would often email him about issues that his sites had and he would always respond and try to rectify them with lightning speed.
Jan is a FAIR - No nonsense type of guy who actually gives a shit. He cares about his players and the reputation of the brands he represents. More importantly, from all the pictures I have seen of him - The man NEVER has a strand of hair out of place.
The L&L portfolio has expanded greatly, primarily & IMPO because of Jan and his dedication to what he does. Jan is here in the morning, at night and on weekends. Even if the man is on holiday, he makes an effort to get queries sorted. Not many reps have the decency to even log in once a week.
I have signed up and played at many accredited casinos over the years. Customer services agents sometimes believe they are doing us a favor by helping. Responses are short, rushed and scripted. Some queries can even take 5 days without any feedback at top rated casinos.
The L&L Group shines with their customer service. There is no arrogance or attitude from the staff and they are the friendliest that I have encountered online. If something is amiss, I pop Jan a message and he rectifies the issue. A special shout out to Jan for all generous promotions he always provides for members here - I'm pretty certain a few people here would agree with me on that!
With the L&L group having such a transparent, awesome guy at the helm - I am pretty confident that anyone who joins their brands will experience one of the best all round experiences online. Jan and All British Casino didn't win both Rep and Casino of the Year for nothing - They are truly awesome in what they do. Just thought I'd give a bit of credit where its due
