Having been a member here for eons, I have seen them all come and go. Lots of promises, reps and casinos with more 'potential' than a new BTG Slot - even those who claimed they would never change their operations, RTP or hairstyle.

One brand that has stood the test of time has to be L&L - Casinos like All British, CasinoCasino, Fun Casino, Yako and Yeti. This has been largely due to their ever present rep @L&L-Jan. There have been fantastic reps at Casinomeister over the years, but very few have stuck around like Jan has.

I first met Jan sometime ago when we ended up chatting about his BIG Win of 600Eur on Dead or Alive on an 0.18c bet - He was over the moon. Being the avid DOA fan I am, we instantly hit it off and often just discussed slots and our recent wins. I warmed up to Jan as I would often email him about issues that his sites had and he would always respond and try to rectify them with lightning speed.

Jan is a FAIR - No nonsense type of guy who actually gives a shit. He cares about his players and the reputation of the brands he represents. More importantly, from all the pictures I have seen of him - The man NEVER has a strand of hair out of place.

The L&L portfolio has expanded greatly, primarily & IMPO because of Jan and his dedication to what he does. Jan is here in the morning, at night and on weekends. Even if the man is on holiday, he makes an effort to get queries sorted. Not many reps have the decency to even log in once a week.

I have signed up and played at many accredited casinos over the years. Customer services agents sometimes believe they are doing us a favor by helping. Responses are short, rushed and scripted. Some queries can even take 5 days without any feedback at top rated casinos.

The L&L Group shines with their customer service. There is no arrogance or attitude from the staff and they are the friendliest that I have encountered online. If something is amiss, I pop Jan a message and he rectifies the issue. A special shout out to Jan for all generous promotions he always provides for members here - I'm pretty certain a few people here would agree with me on that!

With the L&L group having such a transparent, awesome guy at the helm - I am pretty confident that anyone who joins their brands will experience one of the best all round experiences online. Jan and All British Casino didn't win both Rep and Casino of the Year for nothing - They are truly awesome in what they do. Just thought I'd give a bit of credit where its due :)

@L&L-Jan - Can you please credit my 5 Free Spins on Starburst now?

I agree with that. The couple of little bugs with L&L sites can be put up with in exchange for the excellent service Jan gives. He is what makes L&L the casino group it is (no disrespect to Ryan as he was good but seems like Jan has pretty much took over rep duty now).
It's extremely rare I wait more than a couple of hours for a response to a PM from him, even at nights or on weekends, and any problems tend be be sorted within minutes, or hours at worst.
If he ever leaves L&L then it will be a sad day for the group, but can't see that happening anytime soon as he certainly seems to love the group.

I like the fact that he is not just about to 'promote' the casino but will help people out where he can even when it has nothing to do with the brand.

I sometimes wonder if he lives, eats and breathes L & L because he is quick to respond and never far away - oh and the fact he doesn't just scarper once the awards have been handed out as quite a few reps do!

None taken mate! I don't have the knowledge or access to a lot of the queries that come up as I am a lowly Affiliate manager ;-) and would just be forward said queries back and forth with Jan, so I let the big man crack on and pick up any slack should there be any (thankfully, there never is!).

Jan is a work horse who does everything with a player focus in mind, and a great colleague to have. The kind words stated above by the CM forum folk are a key reason why I fully believe in what we are doing at L&L Europe. Long may we continue to push for excellence and constantly improve the player experience.

@Nate - there was no need mate, but highly appreciated.

We didn't had many complaints or issues lately so there wasn't much focus towards our group, and those issues that occured were tackled in no time, so we went gone from there recent forum posts here, pretty fast. Therefore I'm quite happy with the post ;)

Credit where credit is due I have to point out that our support team is pretty top notch given that not all are gamblers, in such a way how I like the slots. If you can still be a person instead of a bot, credit is due. That also applies for the support managers and supervisors. Their patience is insane compared to myself :)

The fact that I'm all around is simply because I love the industry as a whole, and being basically first employee at L&L it feels great that I have managed to contribute to so many things we have done over the years. All the highs and lows that I have experienced and of course: more regulations, audits, compliance, more audits and more (covid) restrictions. It makes this industry so dynamic that not one day is the same.

Bear in mind Nate, I love gambling and me being here is also for the gambling information I manage to absorb. Reading through the topics and responses you get a feel for what customers want and how customers think. Sometimes you pick-up on subjects you have never thought about, if they make sense, we apply them.

Yes, you won't see me leaving soon unless something terrible happens. So I'll tick around with all the personalities I can be: The Rep, The troller, the sarcasm dude, the gambler Jan.
