    32red is without a doubt my all time favourite online casino. 32red Support staff run rings around their opposing counterparts.They are consistently knowledgeable, all on the same page across the board, and they are always a pleasure to speak to.
    I have found that they are much more likely to reward loyalty (they have been extremely generous compared to casinos such as jackpot city, who give NOOOOTHIIING!!!!!!!!! even though i make soooooooo many damned deposits each week...
    anyways
    although it has been a while since my last good win, i know at 32red i do actually have some chance of getting lucky.
    not to mention the fact that they always give me my wins, and usually in my bank acct within 24hrs.

    Agreed they do no what they are on about, alot of sites just not got a clue and do feed you rubbish

    All Slots could learn a thing (or a hundred) from 32Red with regard to customer support that's for sure. All Slots have become a complete joke.

    They happily keep you waiting for ever and then when they finally wake up and decide to respond to a politely asked question, they don't even answer the question. And you end up asking yourself....

    "Why did I even bother logging into All Slots?"

    "Why do the live chat people in All Slots seem to get off on wasting my time?"

    "Why do All Slots simply not care about their customers anymore?"

    "Why have I not logged out of All Slots and gone to 32Red already?"

    32Red customer service.....at least a 9 out of 10. All Slots....I would not even give them a 1. In fact, they barely deserve a 0.
