We've had a complaint against Sunset Casino in excess of €4000 which they've completely ignored for several weeks. No response of any kind in spite of repeated attempts to bring their attention to the player's issue.
Whatever the casino's position on this that kind of Customer Service is no customer service at all, and that makes them a risk to honest players.
