Starspins - You having a laugh??

I had a little go with this site as I only play manually, never auto, so felt the progressive problems experienced by others were not an issue. Sadly, my problem was with the payouts. I put £30 in for a £90 stack and busted out at 5% (No features at all playing minimum bets) and my wife put £35 in for a £105 stack and busted at 9%. I imagine our combined RTP was below 20%. Maybe its just me, but something just smells funny about this place. Will not be returning.

Well I cashed out with a £700 profit.

Played the last bit through Ghostbusters at £2.50 a spin. Started around £700 and ended up with just over £800 in the bank, so I cashed out with a £700 profit.

Upon withdrawal, the withdrawal was paid out to my paypal account within a couple of hours, now that is fast considering it's a weekend as well.

I don't think there is anything dodgy going on, as others have managed a cashout as well and again been paid very quickly. No need for docs, no mucking people around saying you've broken silly rules, such as only playing certain slots, playing too high stakes, or you can only cash out a maximum of etc...

Yes it's far from the greatest looking casino and there are bugs also (I experienced 5 error messages in about 20 hours play), but I think, rather than assuming it's dodgy, it's more likely, just like with any other casino, some have luck, some don't.

In this case, the waging requirement was huge, so I think many will bust out, but as has been proved, it can be done and even if you think perhaps I'm some sort of troll, being paid to big up their casino here, I assume you don't think that of Chopley.

Because of the fact they paid out extremely quickly, without mucking me about in the slightest, means I will certainly, return sometime in the future.

well assuming the min bets was 0.30 you can work out exactly what the rtp was from both your sessions,

£60 bonus playthrough of £2400 acheived 5% so wagered £120 and in the process lost £90, therefore rtp was 25%
£70 bonus playthrough of £2800 acheived 9% so wagered £252 and in the process lost £105, therefore rtp was 41.6%

both stinker sessions, but sometimes they happen and if your playing higher variance like bruce lee, you can have shockers anywhere.

hope my maths is ok :D

I don't think they are running a dodgy outfit, all of the slots are hosted through off-site operators so they wouldn't have control over anything to do with the RTP, but two rotten sessions, a cheaply designed site and slow reels doesn't inspire me to continue playing here. It just smells low rent, and the wager input to the progressive makes little sense to me with the 96% RTP on the base games. You win some, you lose some, but I won't be re-visiting.

Glad you got them for £700, take it and run :)

You math looks sound. I requested an RTP spreadsheet and they match up closely to these percentages. At the time of the earlier post I was venting and 20% sounded like a good number at the time. I mostly played the original Wizard Of Oz and Alice, so nothing too mad on the volatility scale.
