Will KYC pick up on a duplicate account?

So it won a little money and while waiting to get a new license to send in to verify and withdraw my funds I noticed in my other email I had set up an account with that email also.

Now there are 10minutes between each sign up, and the first account is untouched and never used. That was opened 10minutes before the account I now have funds in waiting for withdraw

My question is will they pick up on this account and if so is their any chance is could be seen as a genuine mistake seeing as I have not used the account at all...

I'm thinking to get the account closed but I don't want to rattle the cage....!

Any suggestions?

Depends on the casino. I once asked at a casino to be verified before I deposited and they then noticed that I had a couple years before opened another account with them. They said it was no problem, because that older account had no activity on it. Played there for years without trouble after that.

If it's a reputable casino and you explain that it was an honest mistake, and there was no sign up bonus taken on both accounts, then they might let it slide.

Yeah i think the differance there is before playing ttey/you picked up on it and closed one to allow just one active account which is I guess better.

It's clearly genuine mistake, literal minutes between them both signing up.. I only realised the email for the other account because I was checking for tracking email for my drivers license I'm waiting for.

There can be 0 activity on the account as I was unaware I had opened it

But when it's a substantial amount of money is ig going to be looked at by the casino as a mistake?

I'm not naming said casino just yet I am just looking for advice and they have been good with everything.

Maybe they won't realise the second account as I have had successful withdrawal prior to KYC request. Only time will tell but I hope if they do, that they see it as a mistake
:l

try asking support to close the first one as you said if it was a genuine mistake
but not knowing or already forgot you signed up to a casino 10 min apart :what::D
I mean I don't want to rattle the cage like I said, its a large sum. and it wasn't a case of I forgot 10minutes later that I'd signed up.

I signed up didn't see a validation code in email. Tried to log in, wrong credentials, so obviously i hit sign up again and registered.

In eninsight the first time round I must of used auto fill and not realised it had put a differant email to my main email address .

Hence 10minutes between sign ups

But will they take a light veiw on this.

I think you should be OK - but it's impossible to be sure.
If there was ZERO activity on the first account (sounds like there must have been because you said the sign-up failed), then they can't say you have 2 active accounts.
In fact, if the first sign-up did fail, then you only have the second account anyway.

Keep us informed!

yeah, absolutely there would ZERO activity inc. No log in, no deposit, no bonus used, no games played.
as i was unaware until I seen the email.. I have also not attempted to log in upon this discovery.

I'll let the process run without saying anything, I just hope they don't penalise my winnings due to this.

I should receive my ID documents within the next 2/3 weeks.

I shall update in due course.
I hope you guys are right

Thanks

Update. £120,000 has been received my bank and is available.

I will name casino now, it is fairly new.

BresBet.com operated by Playbook Gaming.

They have no live chat or comtact number, customer support is via email.

I seen so many bad reveiws, as the reason I've been anxious up till this point.

I sent Docs in yesterday afternoon, was asked to provide bank card proof today before it could be processed.

I then had an email no longer than an hour later saying they had processed and sent the funds.

Went onto banking app, and sure enough it was all there.

Credit to this casino.?

I have not one bad word to say.

Appreciate advice given to me here to, so thanks alot.

If £120,000 is "a little bit of money"... how much is a lot of money to you???
Congratulations on your pay-out!

Hi

BresBet while operated under a white label of Playbook is owned by a Sheffield Businessman called Nic Brereton.

??, no it is a hell of a lot of money....

Considering I only deposited roughly £600 into the casino ?‍♂️...
Crazy right?

Once again appreciate all you guys ?.
Massive well done on the withdraw, how did you manage to turn £600 into that kind of withdraw? I am an expert at turning £600 into £0 if you want some advice on that :lolup::lolup::lolup::lolup:
