Spinning the wheel at Prospect Hall

Hi Folks,

I made a few deposits with Prospect Hall over the last 3 days totalling £400. I finally hit a good run of numbers on their mobile Roulette game today to push me into a profit and made a withdrawal of £450.00.

As always, I did not accept any kind of bonus.

Play was smooth and free from issues. My only complaint was that the site sometimes failed to load the PayPal page to authorise payment.

It seems that the site has no live chat and no telephone number. From what I gather they used to be called Betable (this is also the name on the PayPal transaction). It's unlike me to play with a place that's not accredited but I did in this case.

Does anyone have any idea as to withdrawal/processing/cashout? I used PayPal for all deposits and the withdrawal.

Is there a rep on the forum?

Thanks,
Adam.

I have not played there and yes they was betable but changed name, There is a few threads but mostly complaining about wager req,

Nicola stated a few months back she took a withdraw and received in 4 hrs

In my opinion this Prospect Hall is great. I deposited 30 took 15 bonus and turned it into 1700 quid. 1100 I withdrew via paypal and it was in my account in 24 hours (problem is it has resulted in paypal account being locked but that is another thread/story).
500 I withdrew to debit card and it was in there less than 24 hours later - I did not even need to send documents for ID verification.

I rate the place highly just for those reasons.

The only downside to the casino in my opinion is that for some reason the netent games stop spin feature is not present. Not sure how to describe it but you know when you click spin, when the button is reactivated you click again and the reels stop instantly in their final positions rather than waiting for each to drop. That is missing on their NetEnt games but probably not a problem for most people.

Congratulations on your win.

I noticed that they disabled the "2nd click to stop" on NetEnt Mobile Roulette. A bit of a shame and I don't understand what could be the reason behind it.

Glad to hear that you got paid so quickly. PayPal verification is a pain, but well worth doing in my opinion. Big fan of PayPal and never really liked Neteller. That goes against the grain with a lot of people but just my preference.

Quick Spin :)

I bloody hate it when casino's do this, spingenie has but I think also on MG games too  You need this sometimes as you always get a bad spin and need to speed things up, Such as when you get a nether ending spin etc

How did you win your £1700 mathsboy?

Slowly built it up then got incredibly lucky. Made some serious hits on wishmaster and aliens. Then made some even bigger hits on south park (got 500x stake on the cartman bonus round). Basically as my bankroll got larger I increased my stake (taking care not to go over their £8 pound max stake for bonus purposes). Once the bonus was cleared I was betting £20 a spin at some points. Got up to £3k at one point and decided to call it a day when it came back down to £1700.

All in all just very lucky timings that were in sync with my stake increases.

Yeah I hate not having it. I am one of those people who absolutely HATES the 2 scatter slowdown that is supposed to make the game more exciting. All it means is that my 3rd scatter takes longer to not arrive.....

That's awesome from a £30 deposit. Tumbling down from 3k must have hurt a little.

Not really. I am a proper old school gambler so I always view it that whatever my current bankroll is, in reality it is still £30. I know that this mindset is utterly wrong, but if I thought otherwise I would have probably cashed out the minute I made the WR on the bonus. You have to risk it to try and go for glory.
I really gamble to get the "big hits" so pretty much a deposit of 50 that turns into 1000 is a good day. I usually bet about 1/50 of my bankroll per spin too which is quite aggressive and leads to very short sessions sometimes.

Of course the "big win" happens very very rarely but I would rather lose 50 than withdraw 75 - crazy perhaps but that is how I derive my slots entertainment.

I hear you there.

I play a lot of video poker and Roulette and am only really satisfied with a sizeable profit. I might deposit £100 and play £10 spins; like you, this can sometimes lead to a very short session.

I chase. I can't help it. I always have and some of my biggest wins have resulted from it, including a £20,000 win at Ladbrokes playing Microgaming Deuces and Joker back in 2007. It's awful when it doesn't connect, but I usually have a session loss limit of £400/£500 to avoid tragedy.

No payment from Prospect Hall as yet, over 24 hours later.

A response from an email sent to support was generic with no real indication of payment timescale.

The added bonus of no reversable withdrawals may appeal to some (I very rarely reverse) but the lack of clarity with withdrawals and limited support options may be somewhat detrimental.

Payment arrived within seconds of hitting submit on that last post. Sweet.

Sounds similar to my experience. Both my withdrawals were in my accounts within 24 hours. The lack of reversal option is also great in my opinion. I will be playing their regularly based on my first few deposits/withdrawals.

It's disconcerting not being able to see an account statement as such. I will return based on my experience but they could turn good into great with a few tweaks.

I've deposited here before withdrawl was simple enough took about 1-2 days via PayPal.

Only problem is the lack of support. Took them a good day or so to reply to a query.

2nd deposit. Played for 30 minutes. Withdrawal request (more than trebled deposit) paid within minutes. AWESOME.

Very easy

Been using these on the app support are quite strong in there approach straight on the issue odd they have no phone number or live chat was a tad warey on my deposit but took the plunge and so far payments where in minutes on some and within hours on other times very easy app on the iPhone works as it should
So far no issues
