They wonder why the industry gets a reputation that they can't stand a bet anymore.

If I get free spins like that, I'll always wager them off on a slot I never play otherwise - that way if I get screwed by predatory terms (and let's be honest, there are an absurd number of those now-a-days) it's money I wouldn't have won anyway.

I can relate with those that hit the dream result on their regular slot - only to be told "nope, we're not paying you". The ones that set 5xB or 10xB caps for nominated ultra-high variance games (as in the site are promoting or restricting the game, rather than free choice) are dishonest in my opinion - because either you lose it in seconds, or you win big and it gets voided anyway.

Had a similar experience to @kou187 just this weekend. About a 100 euros just vanished from existance. I wasn't totally unprepared for it but still. And partly wasted a x500 multiplier I had been chasing on Gemhalla for so long in the process.

Another time I wasted a 3,000x on Gates of Olympus. A win over NOK 6,000, shrunk to NOK 100 just like that...

Sadly been there, got the T-Shirt, not once but managed it twice thanks to Dunover getting my bonuses reinstated a few years back.
