I was thinking there is it normal for casinos to ask for a picture of your deposit method ie bank card front and back and signed with my with all my numbers including csc number my 16 digit number on front sortcode and stuff.

NO, sort number and account number has got bugger all to do with it unless there making a straight transfer, They should only need to see the first few and last 4 digits of card, and expire date, maybe the signature, alwas blank out the midle 8 digits, and the start date, and the csc number, and some of the sort code

The card signature really annoys me because what relevance does it have for an online transaction?

The signature on my cards is really faded and one casino were refusing to accept it in order to process my cash out (same card used for deposit). I think that ended up with me asking them if they were challenging the transactions because if they were I would contact the bank and let them handle it and it was eventually processed "this time" as an "act of Goodwill".

I did wonder at the time exactly how something like that would play out in a court of law. The card itself says "Authorised signature - not valid unless signed" but exactly what that means I'm not sure.

Obviously it's just another ruse for casinos to avoid paying your winnings but surely can't have much basis in law. VWM?

my only dealings with them were when their live chat told me that you could open an account if you were SE'd from Casino Cruise but they would close it again when you try to verify. So take your money until you win. This should tell you everything about this mob.

Exactly, What possibility could a signature on the back of a card be useful for is beyond me, And for a casino to refuse due to faded or what not is beyond belief,

As if there got a scak of signature to compare it to anyway, Even if there was it would be complete different, Not easy scribbling on plastic lol

How about we start asking Casinos if we can see all 4 corners of the bank account were depositing money into. And they have only 48 hours to do so!!!:cool::cool:

See how they like it!!! haha

I stated that before, Do you think the casino would give them us the details of the account and name holder or business where our money is going to,

No because it is in a tangle of webs, Probably shoots by 10 accounts whiten the few seconds we see it,

Or better still info on the people who deal with our details,

Anyway what happend with your streaming ??

    I'm having the same issue

I sent in the same docs that only a couple of weeks ago slottyvegas accepted with no problem

4 days later I get a reply that my bankcard photo is too blurry on one side and too small on the other? idk but I sent in new photos . Now waiting for another email . Been over 24 hours and there's noone on live chat either . Really annoying how they take the deposit and then mess you about when you try to withdraw . Well , it wouldn't be a problem but the response times are so slow :(

I signed up through Dunover's fastpayingcasinos site too lol ironic

Now that is the shock read of the month, given the amount of negative threads about their 'sister' site and complaints galore, didn't think he'd be promoting those guys

Best bet is to contact dunover, I am sure he would message he's contact to find out whats going on and to get things sorted, Not all affiliates are spammers and couldt cars less, And alot would like to know if things are not going rght and try and sort out problems for the sign up players

Yes I think I will PM him . Not because I blame him in any way but I think he should know that this casino is being extremely slow . I requested the withdrawal and at least 24 hours later I was asked to send docs in - ok some casinos ask me and some don't but not a problem - I send them in and get a response 3 days later which I think is pretty poor but w/e . The response says I need to resend the photo of my bankcard . Ok I do that immediately and wait over 24 hours . Then I contact live chat to see what's happening . Live chat happily reports to me that I have to wait 72 hours for an email response ??!? I commented that this was exceptionally slow and he merely stated that it was in the terms and conditions . Well , that makes it ok then... hold my money as long as you like lol . If I get a response after 72 hours telling me I need to send in another photo and wait another 72 hours I will not be very happy  Withdrawal is still pending/reversible . Obviously I'm not planning to reverse it anyway . It's not a lot of money either so I can't imagine it's a case of them not wanting to pay up . I think they are just extremely slow for no justifiable reason.

The thing that pisses me of is that they say they need to verify you, Ok fair enough but why all the time? But on top of that they are saying that they need to know its you. So why is the withdraw still reversible? Its ok to spend the money not knowing who you are but will not pay you?

Yeh I don't mind the verification (well I do but I don't have much choice) although it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to do the checks only when requesting a withdrawal. I don't see why they have to be so slow about it though . It's like the verification "team" stroll in on monday lunchtime , have a quick glance at the email , say umm he needs to resend this photo , anyway I'm off out - be back thursday... . Shows little respect for their customers imo to not be at least semi-prompt with dealing with KYC and emails in general
