Lol, had the similar situation two days ago, although I new the theme was soon to be live and will be up there any moment. Was just deep into some reading when a big spider started crawling in the corner of my screen, so I jumped and made a funny scared sound :laugh: I hate insects and that's my usual reaction, but seeing one on the screeeen is :eek2::eek:

Happy Halloween :axeman:

Sorry i asked in another thread and tried to get rid of them spiders etc by changing theme. But can not seem to get rid of them please can someone help me? :)

Asked my partner how many tarantulas she has, as I don't keep track....expecting to hear 5 or so.

Nope!

13! Thirteen! She's bought a few spiderlings on the sly :laugh:

I wish I would have saw this thread before I posted mine. I almost done the EXACT same thing. I freaked, coffee flew out of my mouth, I jumped out of my chair, grabbed can of raid then realized it was part of the forums and wanted to wring his neck lol

Oooo a woman after my own heart. What species does she have? Mine is a Mexican Red Knee - would have lots more but with a Bearded Dragon, snake and 3 hounds too, where would I put them?

I'm writing this as I ask her:

1 Avicularia Avicularia, 1 Brachypelma Emelia, 1 Brachypelma Hamorii, 1 Brachypelma Vagans, 1 Grammostola Porteri, 1 Grammostola Pulchripes, 1 Lasiodroa Parahibana, 1 Neo Hollothele Incei, 1 Nhandu Chromatus, 1 Pamphobeteus Sp-machalla, 1 Pterinopelma Sazmai, 1 Thrixopalma Pruriens

& finally 1 Pelinobious Muticus

And a scorpion, Hetero Metrus Longimanus

I really really think me asking her was a bad idea. My fingers ache :laugh:

My brother had has 2 untill he could not let them Inside the Terra, and then she bytes him in his Hand and then throw it through the Wall then is was only 1 left but thats 17years ago so rip Spider 1+2.

Brachypelma Hamorii is what I have, Mexican Red Knee but nice collection - when can I pop round for coffee and handle them all? :laugh:

@LadyJelena - look away now!

But as for @goatwack and @greylady
Ok...so you- or in your case, your lady, Goatie, - like spiders, so how about this one?

And yes, it really is as big as it looks. :D

It is a Huntsman, and lived in a shed somewhere in the outback somewhere, feasting on all manners of insects. As it had no natural predators in the shed, like Topsy, it just grew, and grew. And GREW.
