Slotwolf Casino verification - what a rigmarole.

Decided I had enough of Slotwolf casino and requested a cashout. Was informed I needed to provide more documents than is reasonable - yeah I know it's standard but it is too damn much! So I scanned my credit card and drivers licence and a letter to prove my address and a CC statement showing the deposit I made to Slotwolf. I really don't see how all this is necessary. That wasn't the end of it though. My credit card and drivers licence scans were rejected with some unclear reason about needing a different background. Anyway after three more attempts to submit CC and drivers licence photos I finally found out what the problem was - I had to submit photos, not scans. Never had a problem with scans (not photos) before. No where in the info did I read any such thing. Geez, all I wanted was for my balance to be paid into the account I made the deposit from. The last casino I played at (prior to Slutwolf) didn't even ask for verification documents. I have since returned to that casino - I won't be returning to Slotwolf!

Geez , now they are saying withdrawals to my credit card are not supported. It has been suggested that I open a Neteller account with a small deposit and request a cashout to that Neteller account. Unbelievable!

It's a Visa card. Never had this problem before. Have had four cashouts from different casinos deposited into the credit card which I made the deposit with.

Dear @pyst777,
as we can see, unfortunately, it is not possible to process the withdrawal to the Visa card, which is why we would like to kindly ask you to use another payment system. As an example, and also as our support agents advised, you can use Neteller. Please, contact us if you have further questions, and we will assist.

I never understood the crap stuff casinos like this pull.
Ok, you dont support withdrawals to visa.
Proper customer service is then to FREELY let people withdraw to a method you support.
Dont charge another deposit to let people withdraw.
Imagine paying for something at the shop, where they say " if you want your change, you need to buy a pack of gums".

This is in the Withdrawals FAQs for Slotswolf. "For Visa, the following countries are not supported: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore. " Don't see my country in that list. Why is it all the other casinos I have withdrawn from have managed to deposit to my CC and Slotswolf can't?

I gave up and went to open a Neteller account. Found that I must have considered using them before - my email address was already in use. Then I found that they don't offer my country's currency. Then I also found that when I tried to use Neteller as the payment method it is disabled. What a useless bumbling outfit. I wonder if a complaint to MGA will fall on deaf ears.

I presume all these casinos listed on the MGA licence are just as useless.

The other option is Skrill which does at least offer my country's currency but again it is disabled as a cashout option on Slotwolf. Idiots. lol

OIC, they probably enable it when I do this, "If using Neteller or Skrill: Screenshot of profile page on Neteller or Skrill showing profile with postal address visible. " which is on the Documents page. It could be clearer that this is required. Not sure if it's another problem though - Skrill didn't ask me for anything other than a login email address and a password.

Oh crap, just read my welcome email from Skrill. Got to make a deposit before they ask for more details. What a pain in the arse this is. Screw you Slotwolf - you wankers. Edit. It seems that I don't need to make a deposit even if they (Skrill) suggested that I needed to. Geez.

When you register at a casino, ask questions about any possible issues. If an agent tells me I can’t verify before finance departement asks, I am done. If I ask questions about wlithdrawls or anything important to me, it’s pretty obvious what comes next if you all you here bs at this point.

It’s your responsability as a player to be informed. Don’t forget, a casino is a buiness that wants your money, not teach you interntionnal banking solution

I guess I just didn't expect to have these issues. There's so much fine print I wonder how many players bother to read much of it. Slotwolf's bonus with deposit terms suck as well. How can it be right that when you receive a matching bonus (to your deposit) that when you start playing you play with your money first and and any winnings from playing with your money are considered to be bonus winnings which you can't withdraw until you fulfil your bonus conditions. Maybe I'll do what you suggest now that I know there can be problems.

did you pm the rep? what country are you from?
I was in brief contact with the rep who just confirmed that a CC deposit was not possible. I'm in New Zealand. Latest email from Slotwolf was that Neteller does offer NZD but that I need to ask for it. Sounds like they're just another wally outfit - if they're offering NZD why not just offer it as an option from the start. Dopes. lol Anyway, I've opened an account with Skrill - no deposit yet.

OMG, I just seen what I think it is that I'm supposed to do. I didn't realise what you were saying when
I read your post the other day. First I have to deposit into my newly opened Skrill account and then I have to make another deposit to Slotwolf from my Skrill account. Bloody hell!

I asked Slotwolf Live Chat support what the holdup was with the cashout to my Skrill account was only to be told that I needed to upload credit card photos (which I removed because they hardly seemed necessary any more) because they thought it was possible for me to have a credit card cashout. Nope, Slotwolf rejected that request again. I guess live chat support knows diddly squat.
