What has happened to SM?

Their site 'upgrades' are more like customer 'downgrades' in that they don't appear to be particularly user-friendly.

1: When selecting the HELP tab, you are then taken to a FAQ page, and if you can't get the answer from there, you can then choose to speak to a support.

Who never seem to be there, as there is always a "Back later today' sign under the support agents, who always seem to be Katya, Michael and Michalina. And yes, I am aware that support is not 24x7. I am referring to the hours when they are meant to be available.

2: They have messed up some of the games due to 'improvements', e.g. Jack O'Lantern (Red Rake) now has this absurd huge black blob with green flashes that obscures at least two columns when the game is considering dropping in the third - or more - bonus symbol. Don't know about anyone else, but I like to see what is happening on all the reels, not have them hidden behind this giant black blob.

And don't get me started on QuickSpin or iSoftbet. During the base games, the reels now spin oh...........so............slow. Just on these two providers, not on any others.

3: And again on QuickSpin & iSoftbet, if waiting for the third bonus symbol to drop...or even not...then you might as well go fly a kite, as it takes even longer than normal spins. Pearl of the Orient (iSoftbet) and Eastern Emeralds (Quickspin) are just two examples.

And there is no way to end the agony of waiting. You just have to wait....and wait...and wait. Or go fly a kite.

4: And the worst of all, it really looks as if Australia is being kicked into touch. Red Rake (my favourite provider) has gone, and the number of available slots is slowly but surely being reduced.

And don't be fooled by the apparent number of games available, as many of those included will give the dreaded 'IP blocked' message if we have the temerity to try to play, e.g. Fat Santa (Push) and all the Spinomenal games. So the number of available slots is not even accurate. Very misleading, SM.

Perhaps it really is time to start reading - and understanding - that writing on the wall.

They started off ok for me - well, aside from some of the laggiest games iv ever played. It’s gotten better but you still see it on some of the providers.

But they did have a decent suite of offers, some on a daily basis, that made me play there. Sadly, they’ve more or less gone.

Withdrawal times are all over the place recently. Last one took 7 days - not enough days to cause me a mental breakdown but still, 7.

The laggy issue has just started for me to the extent that I now keep well away from QS/iSoftBet.

I also used to get a no wagering bonus thrown my way, 'because we like you', but I haven't seen one of those for weeks.

And messages left for support now go unanswered.

Also, I lost a small WD just before Xmas (yup, I know, my fault) as the Lock WD function seems to have vanished.

Not sure what is going on with SM, but whatever it is doesn't fill me with the Ode to Joy.

Managed to get onto VS, who now also have Red Rake, and the black blob with the flashing green is also on their version of Jack O'Lantern, so it seems as this game 'upgrade' might be due to the provider, rather than the Casino. Really not sure why this has been done, as it has ruined a previously brilliant game.

So profuse apologies in this case, SM.

I have included a SS to show you exactly what I mean.

This must be a very recent change to the game, as it wasn't present a few weeks ago.

IMHO you have ruined a truly great slot.

SM was my go to casino. Most of my favourite slots have now gone. Red Rake. Leander and many others.

What a bummer for Aussies.

Ditto. SM is the only casino I deposit at regularly.

Had an account at VS, but took a break on the understanding there would be no probs to re-open account when 6 months was up.

Not true. VS told me no-can-do and to bugger off. Left a rather nasty taste in my mouth.

Sold out by AuSlots as well as they have closed their doors to Aussies.

Time to find a new hobby, me thinks.

How weird. That is where the SS came from. Can't play in real mode at VS, but at SM the problem was occurring in both real/demo modes.

I played it in real mode min ago because i didn t know the game before. Played over 100Spins min bet with a RTP of 47.31% so you dont miss much ;)
