After the neteller issues were resolved pretty fast yesterday i could aslo make my first deposit (Heads up to your very friendly cs agent who did not forgot to inform me once neteller was up and running again). What I consider "not good" is the fact that the neteller secure code is saved in visible numbers, i would also opt for having to enter each deposit, acc # can and should be saved, but the secure code should be treated more sensitive, imagine smb gets to your casino account and empties your neteller as all data is saved and visible, i do not want to have to deal with neteller cs explaining, and trying to get that back.
Anyway, for slotsmillion sofar i must say i really like the site. First good point is the whole design and interface, looks solid and well thought, works perfectly fine. The game choice is really outstanding, was nice to do some spius on scary rich once again. Still palying on my first dep+bonus so let´s see ...Hopefully i can comment on the wd process soon
What I also noticed is that some games from certain providers seem to lack a bit more then others. Netent and Microgaming worked very smooth for me , whereas rival games lack very long and its not a big fun palying them for longer time as each spin takes like ages. Tried the site out.
Pros:
Cool site with many games to choose from (although my deposit didn't last but a few minutes, so didn't get to try many).
Deposits and slots all ran smoothly.
Easy to navigate page and options.
Easy to find balances and wagering indicator.
Found it easy to redeem free spins the next day.
Cons:
This is a massive issue for me, and probably the only reason I won't return as a regular player:
NO MOBILE SITE!!
In this day and age, I just can't understand why any new site wouldn't co-launch a mobile site at the same time as a desktop site, especially given all the major competitors have one, and the mobile platform is the largest growing sector right now.
My opinion may not count for much, but I generally only play on mobile platforms, so this is a big 'Con' for me.
Also couldn't see anything to suggest there was any loyalty system in place, and this is the main reason, along with no mobile site, that I closed my account at Tropezia Palace some time ago, and never returned.
If you have no standard loyalty system, and aren't willing to 'comp' regular losing customers, then I can't see how you can compete with those that do, such as Betat, Guts, Thrills, Bgo, Next & Luck, etc, etc.
Of course this is just my opinion, but if I lose eg. $200, then it's just logical that I will play at, and show my loyalty to, the casino that is willing to offer me a $20 comp if the session was abnormally fast with a low rtp, or is following a few similar sessions before it.
Just for the record, I didn't ask for a comp at SlotsMillion, as I only made a small deposit, hence didn't deserve one, plus already had a bonus attached. However, I'm assuming the same terms would apply as Tropezia Palace, where I did make multiple larger deposits, and got very little play time, and obviously no consideration for any compensation to extend my session. Boohoo me!
Other than that, didn't test withdrawals or CS, as obviously had no reasons to, so all in all a good looking site, but probably not one for me moving forward. May make a few smaller deposits to take the remaining welcome bonuses, but won't make any larger straight deposits that can otherwise go to my regular sites.

The bonus is there but not activated until the player actually activates the bonus and starts playing with bonus money, it is only then the terms and conditions apply because these are promotional funds.
