Getting constantly cut off at Slots Magic today. Lets me have a couple of spins then...

Well, after initially a good response from Slots Magic its all gone down hill.
I had a nice email saying id been admitted to the VIP Lounge and assigned a VIP manager which according to their website is for platinum level and above.
When I log in im still only gold level therefore nothing has changed.
i log on to live chat and am basically told that I have to progress through the levels which is contradcitoty to what Im told
The website states VIP manager assigned at platinum level and above.
I recieve an email from email VIP manager welcoming me to the VIP lounge and told I now have a VIP manager yet nothing changes.
Sort this out please slots magic rep/
 
I played at Slotsmagic on Thursday and got lucky. I was entertained for hours and managed to come out with a profit. Had a 400x win on Raging Rhino and even managed teh 200 euro jackpot on Wicked Riches.

I requested my cashout to Neteller but of course since I have to wait a day I won't be paid until Monday or Tuesday,I don't know which because Monday is a bank holiday in the UK. I think Slotsmagic definitely needs to speed up the withdrawal times and have weekend cashouts.

So one the plus side the CS is very good and helpful, the bonuses are generous and of course all the WMS games. On the negative side the withdrawals are longer than I would like. I do like Slotsmagic and I would rate them 7 out of 10 (because of slower cashouts).

Have just managed to make over 3k with my 400 euros deposit, playing some slots like Wizard of Oz, was very lucky!! :)

I deposited through Neteller and didn't use any bonus, so will keep you posted when I receive the funds, I have requested withdrawal a few hours ago, hope I'll maybe get them tomorrow :)

I hope you do, but it's a Bank Holiday for many Monday 26/05 and the rep has already stated they won't be doing weekend cashouts like JPP did. Just don't want to see you disappointed.

I PM'd her on Friday to ask about that and she assured me the cashout will be paid tomorrow. Maybe their office is not in the UK? Anyway I am going to go by what Krystal said and I specifically mentioned that it was a bank holiday in the UK. So hopefully I will see my money tomorrow:)

Closed my account here today, finally got fed up of their withdrawals taking forever to arrive. They really need to re-think that, or allow flushing like JPP used to do.

I'm not ok with 48 hours..when the must of the casinos who have WMS slots pay almost instant or in hours..Bet365, Betsafe.. And the WMS slots it's the only reason members play at SlotsMagic.. Bet365 paid me by CC in less than 24 hours..and on bank in 24 hours..so don't tel me Obviously CC and wire requests take longer to arrive

we process every working day of the week irrespective of holidays, just not weekends
but for CC and wire transfers keep in mind banks are closed on holidays so there are sometimes delays in sending or you receiving the withdrawal

If you removed the 24 hour "lets wait and see if he cancels it" period, or even added a flush option then it would almost guarantee it would hit by the Friday, which is still not great but its slightly more acceptable than 10 days.

I also don't understand why you cannot process withdrawals on the weekend. You have support staff sat in chat 24/7. Just train those guys up so they can process withdrawals too. :what:

I wish you the best of luck with your baptism, but there's little point sending over my username. I have since discovered another site which has all of the games you offer and processes my withdrawals back to my account within 24 hours, but I do appreciate the response.

Seems like they're getting somewhere :)

Even if Switzerland is WMS restricted (the only software i'm restricted anymore since Quasar opened up Novo a bit) i would give them a shot.

But 48 hours withdrawals minimum is just too long... It's ok if it's 48 hours max but most time 1-12 hours, but not like this.

I don't get it why casinos doesn't invest a little bit more to allow max 24 hours cashouts or stuff like this... It would give them a huge amount of potential players that just want to have fast cashouts to E-Wallets...
 
Thanks for your best wishes for the BOF but I want to point out one small error to what you said regarding our payments.

I gave them a try last night with a small deposit of £35. Unfortunately I forgot to enter the bonus code when I deposited. But the CS were very obliging, and quick, in adding the bonus manually for me.

I played a number of their slots without any problems of disconnections. There was a slight lag occasionally, but even this was a lot less than most browser-based sites. I even managed a 600x win on 'Andre the Giant'. But didn't have much luck after that and zeroed out with about 75% of WR completed, after being shafted by the 'Black Knight'.

Most of the slots i played were for the first time, so I've nothing to compare with. But they did seem very 'tight' or maybe just high variance. If I hadn't got the win of £150, I doubt my deposit would have lasted very long. So I'm not sure if I'll be playing there again.

But on the whole, I've got no complaints about the site or the operators

The site has improved a hell of a lot with new games being released regularly.
They managed to sort out my groan over the VIP status and there have been no issues over withdrawals, game lag etc.
In fact my last 2 deposits with the bonus of 30x wr (which you struggle to find better anywhere else, just shows how lucky we were on the previous jackpot party 10x wagering) have resulted in large withdrawals.
Even though the % difference appears only small on the RTP compared to JPP it seems to make a huge difference on how the games now play.
Playing bruce, Ive yet to have a 0 pay bonus with the 100x stake wins a lot more common.
 
I'll give them a try. So far the Rep and Support is very fast and responsive. Even though i still can't play WMS online (:(:(:( i like to have an accredited Skill-on-Net Casino in my list.... I am gonna give Slotsmagic another go this weekend.
If things have improved and the games do load and run I would defo be a returning player as I love WMS.
Montezuma is a great new addition,very nice game,high variance but capable of some monster hits.

Hope I have a bit of luck as lately my luck on WMS has cooled to below 0 really. ^^
 
Well, they did pay me, and it could have gone faster but wasn't too slow to get miffed about, but i am afraid that despite Krystals efforts so far, and the overall friendliness of support i am still far from impressed.

Had/have an ongoing issue with them which i can not figure out myself, and it took way too long and several mails too even get close to solving it.

Crux of the matter is, i can only play their "other" games, in which i am not interested.
They have replied to me in their last email, that is is due to the OS of my PC, or some other issue with my PC.
I know this is nonsense since i can play WMS games everywhere else (Unibet, CasinoEuro, HarrysCasino, Maria etc.)

So i am pretty disappointed that that is their final attempt/resolution, to tell me to upgrade my PC etc.
After i have already clearly established this was not the issue.
Was very time consuming and irritating to be frank, a friendly tone does not help if you keep getting the same sort of answers, or have to point out the same error over and over.

So far my impression is: Friendly support, but not 100% knowledgeable, Tech team either non existent or uninterested.
Games on offer (if you can play them) ok, Rep presence ok, Cashout times so far, slightly under par.

So apart from my personal issue i would not be in a hurry to deposit, but if i could play the WMS games like i should, i would wait for the best offers.

And to be fair, there were a few really good promos so far (200% match + Free Spins on a WMS slot for example)

What this seems to indicate to me, is that winners are to be penalised if they manage to actually win something from one of your bonus offers.

As far as I am aware I have complied with all the bonus terms and conditions.

So the current status is that I'm a platinum VIP yet cannot access the bonus offers as stated even the ones that are available for lower tier members eg the 100% monthly match etc.

I would therefore like to ask on what basis the casino management have come to this result and what this decision was based on?

In the VIP lounge we tried to change the decision but the request was not accepted.

There are many offers in the Calendar to receive bonuses up to 50%. The advantage of using lower bonuses is that you can meet quicker the wagering requirements so you can make quicker a withdrawal :)

In case that I will have any update on your account, we will let you know.

I did stand up for SlotsMagic in the beginning when most were doing the slagging off, as I never had any connection issues with the downloaded version, and as I said bonuses were regular and decent. Plus customer service was always good......that seems, unless you make a withdrawal or two. Is it too late to change sides?

I just found out I was bonus banned. No email. I am very annoyed because live chat told me the bonus code was valid and I went ahead and made a deposit to find out I was bonus banned. No explanation at all. Live chat told me she couldn't see that I was ineligible for bonuses until AFTER I made my deposit. I only cashed out once and made three deposits including today's. I am very pissed off because I wasn't made aware of this until after I deposited my money. This is very deceptive practice. Why bonus ban a player after 2 deposits and why not inform them? If I knew beforehand I would have made a straight deposit at Unibet which is what I should have done in the first place:mad:

It's not the bonus ban that irks me the most although I must admit I have never been bonus banned anywhere (except rival but that doesn't count). It's the fact that I got no email and support didn't know until after I deposited. That is the part that's shocking. I have PM'd Krystal for an explanation. I am very disappointed. And here's me thinking Slots Magic had potential:(

Bull Sh&t, Looks like there giving every 1 the same reason, pre filled info rubbish, Its not a good way to go after they seem to be doing well, Going to lose alot of players yet again, Its hard enough to hit the wager on most any way and if you do than its cause you onto a roll or a few nice hits, If this is the case than 90% of the time bonus would not of help, Verry rare I go in to the bonus than win,
For example, the sites where you can with draw b4 you go into bonus, How many times have you needed to go into the bonus and if you did how many have made a withdraw from it,

So you do penalise valued customers when they somehow manage to make the x 30 wagering? I thought the idea of the bonus was to benefit your most valued customers and extend their playtime?

So your welcome at your casino if you lose? But if you win. You can sod of?

Jackpotparty NEVER EVER did anything like this. It's just silly. If you don't like customers to use bonus offers then you shouldn't be offering them to ANYONE.

Your going to really annoy people if your doing this.

Makes you guys look like money grabbers. I play online casinos to win AND for fun, like most people here. I hope you pass this feedback on but fully expect nobody to understand or care.

all the WMS games run on the same RTP and on WMS's servers.
they do not run on the individual Providers servers so they are exactly same at all casinos

you know that free bonuses that don't require any deposit all come with wagering requirements , its stated in our bonus policy. The birthday bonus is a small gesture to our customers on their special day so they can enjoy playing a bit more without being required to make a deposit .

I have a read a lot of complaints about Slots Magic. But I just have to add, I love this casino.

This is the only casino I play using bonuses and I clear them in about 80% of the cases.

I always receive my withdrawals fast and I love Williams games, so for me Slots Magic is a great casino.

Had contact with support a couple of times about a bonus and about the fact that one day the games did not load. They repsond fast and even gave me free cash because of the bad loading games.

Maybe I am just lucky, but for me Slots Magic is great!
 
Since the rough start with games not starting etc I haven't had any problems lately. There's monthly 100% and 50% bonuses with 30x wagering and support has been able to help me in reasonable time when a bonus was missing for example. Games have worked just fine for me last few times I have played.

I don't mind doing this the once, but twice grrr. Surely if they have bought Jackpotparty.com they will have the info about which users have provided documentation. Cant help but feel its yet another way for me to just go "sod this" and play away my winnings. Im all up for providing ID but I genuinely dont think they need to see it (again).

Seeing as they're a completely different casino I think it's reasonable they're requesting your ID if you only previously have sent it to Jackpotparty.
Agree to disagree on that 1, After all the info we was told to begin, e.g not a new casino just a name change and new games provider, Still got convo's to prove & that turned out to be wrong, Its ok for them to be giving all our details, names, contact details, banking detials ect ect, But only when it comes to withdraw they want I.D, Why didnt they ask for this straight away after they bought our names? I agree that they seem to of got there act together after the change over but still from I have read theres still problems croping up,
I myself Had no more problems but only deposit a few times & untill your self's get emails about not getting bonus no longer than its hard to say how it feels

By "correctly use" I assume you mean a player who does not actually submit a withdrawal after winning from a bonus, but continues to play until they lose everything. If they do submit a withdrawal, they get bonus banned.

The very first line of your bonus policy almost implies that players are about to make a big mistake by accepting a bonus.
