    I honestly think you would be nuts to add them to the accredited list after the way everything was handled. Both the casino and affiliate side of things, including blackmail.

    Edit: Had a couple of pm's and I will try add to this post at a later stage, sorry it was short. I was just a bit busy at the time, but I figured most people knew of the problems. I also have no faith what so ever in the company that took Jackpotparty over.

    Ok this is taken from my other thread located here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/62144-slotsmagic-2.html and moved into this thread as per Casinomeisters advice:

    In a nutshell, I tried to close my account 3 times with them back on the 26th March, this request still hasn't been actioned and the account is still open today. After requesting my account closure, rather stupidly I got sucked in by some bonus offers and the release of a new game that I like and isn't available anywhere else which has resulted in me losing £1492 post closure request. I accept this was my choice to deposit and subsequently lose it, my compulsive habits took over :-(

    I agree with lockinlove its going to be a firing squad with unlimited rounds, I do not think they deserve to be related to jp? Its like me buying a mcdonalds restaurant and changing it to kfc & saying it was mcds,
    They need to get there act together, I agree that every 1 deserves a chance but if they cannot be bothered to even change there terms, Which will even go in there favour, Do not close accounts when asks, (that alone should not even be aloud in the bbf) But they have seem to put it together in the last few weeks as I my self have kept a close eye on them, Lets see as I have just deposit a few quid before the announcement of bbf,
    Lets see what complaints roll in and how quickly they can deal with them, I still do not agree with the title Brian, Sorry but in my eyes its got nothing to do with jp, Only thing thing that relates them is our details, Im giving them a shot as cannot be as bad as some of them out there and if they had the check to ask to be on here than looks like there there arss is in gear

    Who exactly pulls the strings there now - it's a business registered in Cyprus (in that case probably Russian owned?) and uses the flaccid Maltese LGA. Apparently cash-outs were handled in the speedy JPP manner but have subsequently slowed. Plus account closure on JPP used to be possible from the interface, i.e. 1/3/6 months breaks and this vital RG tool seems to have disappeared which IMO is not a sign of good ethos behind the site. You now have to go through the 'heavies' in CS via e-mail who will of course question you and offer bribes not to close.

    They are the only casino I've ever dealt with who have blatantly lied to me.

    When they purchased my account from Jackpot Party I emailed them immeditly asking if the staff from JPP will be running SlotsMagic. For me this was the most important aspect of the switchover as I knew all the staff there well and they were honest people who were excellent at their job.

    They responded telling me that everything is just how it was and the only thing that has changed is the name of the site. This of course was a lie and easily confirmed by the signature on the email.

    I was also never asked to accepted the new terms and conditions as they were much different to those from JPP. Again they claim everything is just how it was, only the name changed.

    If you are going to lie to customers then don't expect them to trust you with their money.

    The switchover was handled really poorly and the games didn't even work. I would spend 45 minutes trying to get a game to load only for it to crash minutes later. Again CS were not helpful at all and seemed to be unaware of the severity of the problem. They would rather blame my browser and internet than accept their site was broken.

    To me this baptism seems no more than a desperate last attempt to keep their business open. For me the damage has already been done and I'm sure I'm not the only one to have closed my account and moved on.

    I also would like a response from them regarding user ecopac's issue. He requested his account closed 3 times and they failed to comply. Also as Jor2000 stated they weren't exactly forthcoming with regards to the sale. The old guard didn't even bother to let CM know that the casino was sold or whatever happened:confused:
    Also this change took place a couple of months ago and AFAIK no rep has posted yet. I know now they have a new rep and hopefully things will change. I have to say I am surprised to find them in the BBF section. Who knows they may surprise us all; however I am going to wait a while before I reopen my account and deposit there.

    The Slots Magic download client lies dormant gathering dust on my desktop and has done for some weeks now.
    Again, like others they really lost me at the critical time of switch over as the site was running like a 1 legged dog.
    Firstly my login details from Jackpot Party which they claim were supposed to work, didn't. I had to sign up as a new user which immediately alienated me from what I considered a site I had a personal connection to previously.
    The user interface was a train wreck, multiple games unavailable or connection/lag issues. Even the links on the front window went to the wrong games.
    How anybody can get it so spectacularly wrong at the very point they need to get it spectacularly right is beyond me.
    Another annoyance lately is the email promo's, every other promo keeps telling how I am somehow a VIP so they have this 'special' offer for VIP's - given I haven't spun a reel there since the first couple of weeks launch, that just smacks of desperation.
    All the bonus offers appear to be exactly the same recently - deposit low/medium/high to get xlow/xmedium/xhigh deposit match. It's boring and carries normal wagering requirements that don't entice me.
    They need to mix up their promo offers, take a long hard look at the history of Jackpot Profile players and see which individuals need a little more enticement with offers that just might be cashable on if they expect those players to return on a regular basis.
    JPP used to be my casino of choice. Ironically since it's demise my playing profile has seriously decreased, frequency, stake unit, the whole lot which now I see is a good thing, so for being so bad at trying to be good, I thank you Slots Magic!

    Yes ecopac thread is now closed, ? Its wrong with them nice emails and them trying to entice him to play with bonus, Its not good enough, as stated that alone should not even be close to a bbf, I no as I tried closing my account and still open (emails saved)
    I just download casinio it was like down loading wikipeda, crash my computer, took 49 quid of me, no bonus round and max win was like x4 stake and playing 30p 40p spins

    All good than :) I just been on the live help, I will stick to my omy firsts posts and say they still need a kick, Fuking helpless, I will not deposit there its of my list now, Like most sites read of a bit of info, They should all no the score, not go looking for answers and when you do get it the things you already no, Im sorry but untill I hear good storys than of my list, (again) Not good enought and surprised there in bbf, I got a felling its more trouble than its worth

    I made a withdrawal which took forever. Pending for over ten days. Live chat came up with new reasons as to why everyday. When I finally got paid I got £65 to my account instead of the £100 I cashed out. :what:

    JackpotParty was my favorite site, Slotsmagic is the worst site i've ever dealt with.

    Okay I know they just got posted to BBF in the wee hours but the rep has yet to chime in. I know its only 10:45am but I would have thought they would have at least posted a hello message by now. I guess I am impatient.

    When the rep does finally come she has a lot of issues to address. Jackpot did they charge you £35 to process your withdrawal?

    Call me crazy, but I'm going to predict an early epic fail of mega proportions. Just my opinion, and I never played here purely based on the complaints on this forum. Rightly so, and thank you to my forum family for the warnings, and sorry you had to endure this mess.

    I think the rep should just refund everyone, and forfeit the BOF. Just my opinion of course.
