Well, I'm afraid again a lack of genuine looking after players and they will stay with us approach has diminished.

Dear Txxx, I have to say that this is a very dissapointing email, especially after my initial perception that things had got better for players at Slots magic.
What this seems to indicate to me, is that winners are to be penalised if they manage to actually win something from one of your bonus offers.
As far as I am aware I have complied with all the bonus terms and conditions.
So the current status is that I'm a platinum VIP yet cannot access the bonus offers as stated even the ones that are available for lower tier members eg the 100% monthly match etc.
I would therefore like to ask on what basis the casino management have come to this result and what this decision was based on?

I don't hold any information regarding on wish basis the decision was taken by the Casino.
The Casino has the right to amend modify or impose new conditions at any moment.
In the VIP lounge we tried to change the decision but the request was not accepted.
There are many offers in the Calendar to receive bonuses up to 50%. The advantage of using lower bonuses is that you can meet quicker the wagering requirements so you can make quicker a withdrawal
