I had a long email off one of their VIP managers (Talida) yesterday. The new terms come into effect on new bonus offers taken from today. She was very polite as usual and said that these changes have been decided at CEO level. She went on to say that she didn't want alienate VIP players. I have added the emails below for you to read anyways...
....
Hi Rob,
Thank you for your email.
If you decide not to claim bonuses in the future, because of the wagering requirements, of course you can do that. You can play with your won money so you will not have any restrictions and you can make a withdrawal request at any moment.
Your VIP personalized offer for the cash loyalty is available on your account to be considered every Mondays.
I wish you to continue here the entertainment with our games and of course I keep fingers crossed
Let me know if you need any assistance here.
Best regards,
Talida

Hello Talida.
Thanks very much for clearing that up. I don't think I will be doing any future bonus offers on x 60 wagering as I find it very hard to get through x 30 with winnings.
For me I just like a longer play time with my money and that's the reason I like the bonus offers.
Maybe things will change. But I guess you have upped it to x60 for a reason.
Anyways thanks again and take care.
Rob

Hi Rob
Thank you very much for getting in touch with me.
Yes we’ve made a change in our bonus policy which will be in place from the 10th of July. We’ve uploaded the modification a week in advance (July 3rd) so everybody will have the chance to read the new terms before they are in place.
Until then, the Terms and Conditions of the promotional e-mail which was sent on the 3rd, specify that there has been a change in our Bonus T&C and the new change can be found on our website for all the new registered users, but the bonus wagering has not actually change yet.
As you can also see in your account, the wagering of the bonuses you’ve received from the beginning of the month is still 30x the bonus amount. Nothing has changed and will not change until 10th of July.
Also, the new change will not affect your special VIP offer of weekly cashback in anyway which I personally made for you.
On that note, I would also like to address your feedback on the VIP. I’m sure you know a VIP manager has much decision power in regards to a VIP account, but the Bonus Policy is a marketing decision (companywide) where the VIP managers have an input but the final decision is taken by the CEO. This is general business practice (not just online casinos).
As your VIP manager, I can decide in a lot of aspects concerning your account (special promotions, free bonus…etc) however there are procedures and policies in place that as a casino we follow. When there is a special case of course I can make exceptions – like in your account’s case, but our casino functions as a whole. VIP players will always have more benefits that any other player and will always be treated as VIP!
Let me know if you have further questions regarding the new policy. I can always personalize a different offer for you if you decide to not use bonuses in the future.
Kind regads,

Hey hope your well. Not had any problems playing yesterday so fingers crossed!!
I just wanted to clarify that the bonus wagering has been doubled. Have you done this in error?
I usually play £200/£500 deposits so I would need to wager £30,000 instead of £15,000 on a bonus 100% match.
This is really bad if it is indeed the case. As I mentioned JackpotParty.com used to send 2 x £500 match bonus weekly and this was x 10 wagering on the bonus.
I hope you listen to this feedback as you don't feel like a VIP but a mug. X 60 wagering is just silly.
Also I feel as if you should be contacting members with regards to these important changes to your terms and conditions.
Anyways I hope you are all well
Rob
