We need judge. Someone please read 2-3 lasts pages, and tell me, WHERE I AM SAYING THAT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AND I AM GETTING EMAILS?? My posts say that i am bonusbanned, but getting emails, which have zero sense for me.
Now rep did not understand my problem, spent few hours, and trying to say me that i am idiot who took her time.
Thanks, i will never PM you more, with no any reason. You can send me your useless emails, i will just ignore.
 
Again, another ex jackpot party player here, used to have some good banter with playwith rob whilst chasing those lux progressives.
Initially the transfer to Slots magic was a car crash and although I did give it a try I was hacked off with the constant site issues which were so bad, actually got me to a point of actually wanting to lose.
Vowed never to go there again, although earlier this week I did give them a go on the monthly 100% match.
Credit where credit is due, the games are now working a hell of a lot slicker with no issues found as yet.
I am getting near to be in a position to make a fairly sizeable withdrawal so let see how that goes.

I probably will play here again, although they really could do with making the bonuses more straightforward, and I'm sure all us ex jackpot party players would like to see better bonus terms.

Does anyone know if there are any better perks for VIPs?

We have bother asked for our accounts to be closed via live chat, both times we were asked to e-mail, we were then offered a nd bonus instead.

I declined, the missus took it, my account still isnt closed, and neither is hers,

Also I don't know the criteria for a bonus, but my missus was given £50nd after the changeover.

I myself asked on livechat if there was any bonuses for ex JPP members to which I was told no. (albeit I have used/deposited more than the missus)

Not really that fussed about it tbh, just found it strange, she had nothing but hassle playing the bonus anyway, (slots crashing, not connecting)

I just gave up in the end, constant excuses,

yes there were problems when we first launched but we are back on track now and things are a lot different.

as for your comments about not getting all WMS new releases, that is not the case. Slotsmagic has all the WMS games and
in fact, we recently released the new Wizard of Oz Wicked Riches one week before any other online casino

I got £10 free off them last week with 80x wagering made it with £150 made a withdrawal on thursday and it was still sat in my account Sat night so just reversed it

I emailed them on friday about the withdrawal and got one back saying it would be past through to payments after 24hrs but was still pending

I used to instant play and games where laggy not like they was when it first opened

I won't be playing there again untill they sort this payment issue out waiting over a week for a payment in this day and age is not good enough
 
After our a bit rude discussion with rep, we both decided to calm down and let things go. I will not continue push them, everyone can make mistake and misread something, no problem, and i am not so important person to be angry on such things :p
I really like skill on net brands, and i wish , really wish good luck to SM. But i am still think they not ready for BBF, and it will be really hard time, because watching at other's BBF, there guys much more stronger. But at least here we have rep, and this BOF better than stargames BOF :D
I can suggest everyone continue posting and trying to make things better at casino, probably in the end of BBF we will have great casino, and the most great thing will be that this is we, who change it to great.

If this is how your case was handled, along with the '"sure, ok" comment from the rep., it's pretty shameful behavior. No wonder you didn't want to send the PM.

I did not want send PM, but osulle make me to send it :D Rep did not understand my problem correct, and check things which should not be checked, and which is not my case(rep thought that my acc closed and i am still getting email). I show rep that i am never say my acc closed, but she still did not agree. Anyhow i decide to stop such discussion, and i am better will still get this useless emails than had bad chat with rep.
Rep is good, just misread, this happens, i am ok with this.

Homerbert the rep should have been able to sort your problem out. I know English is not your first language but you do get your point across quite well. I have no idea why Krystal would have a problem getting it. That is not acceptable IMHO. You should be able unsubscribe to their emails and I feel that should be done for you or you should be able to do it yourself from the software. Slotsmagic really needs to sort out the problem of people getting unwanted emails.

And things like personal account manager, personalized offers, faster payouts and special bonuses based on VIP tiers .

osulle there is no problem about unsubscribing to unwanted emails , it can be done on every mailer you receive. And we do unsubscribe players who close their accounts but for one player who reported he still gets them but wont PM his username for me to help .

But because it was in the middle of the discussion going on about closed accounts etc I missed his point or misread it. He pointed out my mistake , I admitted I was wrong and we moved on.

Well after the initial mauling of Slotsmagic, due to some very relevant problems, and the resentment of former JP players (I count myself in this category), I gave the site another shot.

The tech issues are gone, the WMS games play smoother than just about anywhere. No juddering, or browser/flash restarts required. The offers are nice. I haven't spoke to CS so I can't comment.

I made a cashout on a straight deposit, the code i was going to use had expired. I would be delighted if the cashout is quick and without hassle.

JP is a hard act to follow, they were pretty much flawless in every category, hence us being miffed with Johnny Skill-on-Net coming in and taking away our toy. Best of luck, I hope everything continues to improve for you and we get a solid place to play.
 
That was weird, my cashout arrived (Skrill) as I was composing the last post.

So, I made the withdrawl Saturday, very late. Got paid Monday evening. Factoring in Sunday, that's not bad at all.

I logged onto live chat and they were very helpful.
I think Slots Magic are heading in the right way and I will deposit again.

I have to say that the slots appeared to play very generous (played virtually every WMS slot) with bonuses being triggered very quickly on every game.
No doubt it will all be down hill with every subsequent deposit.

Would love to see life of luxury back though.

All I can say Hinchy is that the payout % is higher than jackpot party. Have had a few free chips and VIP offers, they are friendly indeed on the chat.

They are missing Money Mad Martians WMS along with Montys Millions, Merry Money, Thai Flower, crown gems and also that surfing one with the free spins.

Talida their VIP lady says Money Mad Martians is being considered. It's one of my favourite land based b3/C game. Currently it's only on coral/gala.
 
I personally cant stand the place.

Jackpot Party would have become one of the greats, I have no doubt.

Slots Magic is dire. The software is buggy and crashes a lot.

They have removed half of the decent WMS games that JPP had and replaced them with the terrible 3D type ones.

Also, I closed my account with them but still get all of crappy marketing emails etc that come with an active account.

Payout times etc were not bad but overall I'm glad I closed my account.
 
30 mins of crashing lobbys and restarting software as well as completely clueless CS, finally launch bruce lee slot which plays horribly on my laptop and loose my deposit without winning more than 1x bet.

I have made quite a few deposits since the rebrand and i do think that the wms games have improved in terms of reliability, the slots do play slow though. I would prefer that they remove the waiting a day before they process a withdraw though as if i win i dont want to have to wait for my money. If they maybe reduce the wagering on bonuses a little i would be prepared to deposit more often like i did with JPP bonuses.
