Since I've not had a reply to my emails then this is my last resort.

Since mid last week my account was closed without any explanation. I wrote asking why but also offered a possible reason. My mother was an account holder at the time (but she has since closed her account) and I used, when depositing, a credit card that is in both our names (for the purposes of paying bills on our joint investment property). It didn't occur to me that this may have been an issue.

I was asked to re-send my ID docs which I did last Friday my time (Australia). I've yet to receive a response and my account is still closed.

I had a balance of around $400AUD at the time the account was closed. I have written yet again today (Sun) and still no response to my emails.

Not happy Jan!

Which is pretty pathetic. That they don't have 24/7 chat as well and even then you can't chat in that time window if you aren't logged in!

I've noticed that here it says Australian's can't play. Yet my mother put in quite a few thousand over the last month or so and her account was never closed until she requested it.
She hates the casino. Said the slots went cold after she made one withdrawal of 2K.
Plus she hated that you couldn't get in touch if needed.

I should have listened to her. Now I just want to withdraw my money.

They reopened my account but without zero balance and no hisotry... even though I used a different card for depositing.

Also... no reply from the casino rep!

1: It really isn't that hard to find the active rep for SM - just click on the 'Staff and iGaming Reps' tab, and the first SM rep you see is Charlotte, who is very active on this forum.

2: That bit of info is better left unsaid on a public forum - could screw things for other players.

3: Do you ever have a good word to say about anything? All I hear is bitch and moan, and that goes for your QuickSpin thread as well.

They have four representatives in this forum. It is up to you to chose the one that may be the most responsive - like the one who was logged in yesterday :rolleyes:. You have a tendency to bitch and moan and expect people to figure out your problems when the assistance you need is right at your finger tips. You are a Meister Member, which is a joke - you already know your way around the site, and you should be assisting others instead of acting like some problem child.

See? That's what I mean - a problem child. Seven day vacation for being a PITA.
