Slotocash strange support behavior lately

Does anyone know what's with slotocash lately?
I PMed Ms.Sloto a while ago, but no response. Not sure if she still handles issues.
10 days ago, chatting with support, asking for match. They say 150% added. doing deposit, it only adds 75%. Going back, nothing we can do, that's all you was approved for.
just now, same story, will give you 150%. a minute later, oh I am sorry, since you requested twice within last 24 hours I cannot add, but added 100%. To my point I did not play for 10 days, no response.
waits for support response are enormous. 10-12 minutes in between sentences. Did anyone else experienced anything similar lately? was a reliable good casino once

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
You've tried @Sloto , yes? They were on just a few days ago and respond fairly quickly to PMs, AFAIK.

i havent played there in about 8-10 years, but i would think it could still be a reliable good casino
it doesnt automatically become a bad casino just because it doesnt give you big match offers on deposits ?
 
They are still fantastic, in terms of being reliable, fair, consistent, fast... There is no other RTG casino group, for me. I will say that I don't make use of their live chat reps - I use the bot for everything. The live chat reps can be inconsistent and they come and go, so that might be why you had problems...?

I did, few weeks ago, no response. I mean it's not end of the world and I can always move on. Just really strange how they inconsistent and shady with giving offers and promotions all of a sudden.
 
Looking this over I see that the main issues appear to be that #1: you weren't getting the bonuses you wanted, and #2: long waits for Support response. AFAIK @Sloto isn't responsible for either issue so not at all clear what you expected her to do for you. In any case I'll flag her on this thread -- though I'm sure she's already aware -- and let her know that you'd like to hear from her.
