    When I make my picures 600 x 480 they are too big, yet they look pretty small in actual size. I can't upload them. Why do my 600x480 picures equal like 400 kb ( or whatever) and not under 200 as the requirement?
    Also, how can I take a proper screen shot, as a member called it, without using a camera?

    Problem is you are probably saving as BitMap, not Jpeg.
    (Jpegs take up 10x less memory!)
