- a copy of your valid official picture ID, showing all four corners of the ID (driving licence, passport, national identity card). If you are providing the DL with the valid address, please note that no additional documents are needed.
- a copy of a utility bill (eg: phone bill, gas or electricity bill), invoice or bank statement as proof of your address. It should display the address, name and date, which cannot be older than 3 months (other details may be covered).
These documents can be uploaded via our website under the tabs ‘My Account’ -> ‘My Documents’.
- If issuing a prize is not possible, for example when the winning player cannot be reached or simply does not accept the prize, EnergyCasino reserves the right to declare the prize void and in such case the prize shall not be allocated to any other participant.
- A cash alternative of €1,700 is available to the winner should it be preferred over the Gold Bar.
- The 1 ounce Gold Bar prize is subject to availability. EnergyCasino reserves the right to offer substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
