This is dated 22nd April, yet a new Rushmore rep has just told us that the backlog has been cleared, and things are back to normal.
Certainly, things are back to normal NOW
It looks like Rushmore sent this new rep in for propaganda purposes, perhaps in the hope that announcing the problems were over would persuade players to start depositing again.
Now it seems the backlog is as bad as ever, and SO bad that they can't give an indication of when players can expect payment. This just has to be bullshit, as it should be a simple mathematical calculation based on the capacity of the cashiers to get xx withdrawals processed per day, and the position of an individual player in the queue. Where a backlog is severe enough, they SHOULD bring in extra capacity, perhaps an internal loan of staff between departments.
There is something very serious going on that is being kept hidden, and it is a long term issue that means any return to fast payments is only a temporary blip, not a sign that the problems are over.
The truth will emerge eventually.
