Rushmore - withdrawal delay

This is dated 22nd April, yet a new Rushmore rep has just told us that the backlog has been cleared, and things are back to normal.

Certainly, things are back to normal NOW:rolleyes:

It looks like Rushmore sent this new rep in for propaganda purposes, perhaps in the hope that announcing the problems were over would persuade players to start depositing again.

Now it seems the backlog is as bad as ever, and SO bad that they can't give an indication of when players can expect payment. This just has to be bullshit, as it should be a simple mathematical calculation based on the capacity of the cashiers to get xx withdrawals processed per day, and the position of an individual player in the queue. Where a backlog is severe enough, they SHOULD bring in extra capacity, perhaps an internal loan of staff between departments.

There is something very serious going on that is being kept hidden, and it is a long term issue that means any return to fast payments is only a temporary blip, not a sign that the problems are over.

The truth will emerge eventually.

You are 100% spot on!
Back to their normal habit of making a string of excuses instead of admitting they have serious cash-flow problems... :(

And the new "rep"...

Yeah she's REALLY trying hard to resolve these issues... NOT.
What a joke.

They were so desperate for new deposits they even tried to use CM as their propaganda tool despite knowing well they have a poor reputation here. Given the fact that Heather made such a brief appearance and was only publicising an untruth ie all problems have been solved and that the previous backlog was only a temporary blip I believe we can safely conclude that their cashflow problems are unlikely to be solved this time. Heather can still return and prove me wrong but she's been absent for a week or will she return and claim she was only on holiday.

You're right. Heather's absence speaks volumes.

I've been flooded with emails and letters from Rushmore with promotions. Bad outfit due to really bad management. The withdrawal manager and Heather need to find new jobs and get away from this disaster. Cash flow problems don't last this long...either they get fixed or you go out of business.

They isn't any hope.........

Wish our government would use a pair of pliers and extract their heads from their butts and let the land based casinos take over this industry. They let lotteries scam us to death in the US, while the competent casino leaders have to sit on the sidelines....

Whooops, gotta go and spend some money at the 7-11 to buy a 1 in 176 million chance to win a few million...
