I won $403.00 dollars at Club Player casino! This was a cash deposit no free spins, coupons, bonuses, comp points etc was involved during the gameplay of my win! On 8-5-2024 I went to the cashier and clicked to withdrawal my winnings…. I submitted the withdrawal on 8-5-2024 and I had completed all of the required credit card authorization forms and was fully certified according to the account support team. So then with my wire transfer the live chat rep told me they needed the swift code from the bank that I have my checking account through. I then called my bank (The people’s Bank) and told them I had won some money and needed swift code for club player in order for my winnings to be transferred or wired into my amount internationally! I Got the email with said information sent it to club player for them to only deny my bank! all proper codes for International Wire had been verified and recorded, basically everything they needed from me was checked and double checked and also correct in order for this wire transfer withdrawal to complete.. but now their telling me they can’t use my bank bc it is an intermediary or third party bank, but my bank accepts international wires. They accept FedACH and Fedwire payments.... only thing all these live chat reps keep telling me is to provide them with the information of another bank that is not an intermediary or third party bank. I have asked these live chat reps if they could give me the name of a bank that they did accept, and they all keep saying the same thing, “it has to accept redact international wire and cannot be intermediary or third party bank.” ! I live in a small town where big chain banks are not accessible……. I would have to drive almost two hours to the nearest city just so I can drive around opening checking accounts at random banks, deposit money into each of these new checking accounts (which I don’t have the extra funds to be able to do this anyways) and then just say a prayer that one of these banks will be accepted by the casino?!?!? I also asked this live chat agent if a check could be sent instead of wire transfer and this mans response “my apologies but we do not offer the check option anymore!” Then WHY IS IT IN THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE? IT STATES they have a check option clearly in their terms of service I also mentioned cash app Venmo etc for him to only tell me I don’t QUALIFY FOR crypto OR BIT COIN WITHDRAWAL! Can someone just tell me the name of a bank in the United States that Club Player will wire my money to. Really it’s not a difficult question to understand! These live chat reps are not helping me at all …. I’ve got tons more screen shots this is just the most recent live rep I’ve visited with……. Ugh this shouldn’t be so dang difficult to redeem what I won fair and square! Someone please help me
