Whilst Virtual Casino Group don't have a good reputation, no deposit bonuses (NDB) often come with many rules, limiting their value.
This site has terms that state:
- bonus funds are sticky (non-cashable, non redeemable)
- max cashout for "free chips" under $50 is $50.
- a bunch of stuff about only allowing LTC for withdrawing NDB, small deposit required, not sure if still enforced.
So you have $30 non-cashable, $100 cashable and a limit of $50 on that cashable.
I'm not sure why you were only were limited to $10, perhaps the terms of your voucher differed from the generic one slightly, it sounds like you didn't wager your deposit AT ALL which would go against the term of requiring deposits be wagered once before a withdrawal is allowed. I'm not sure if that caused them to void the winnings and return your deposit or some other entanglement with certain terms but it probably didn't help.
If you continue to post frequently about the exact same thing in such a incoherent manner you'll probably get a warning for spam.
Additionally if $20 is a large amount of money that you can't afford to throw away then you probably shouldn't be gambling. If you are the type that only plays NDB as a way to make a little bit of money with no risk then you should be aware of the various restrictions these kinds of bonuses have.
As you mention, other sites can be less restrictive or crappy with their terms. Anden Online (CasinoExtreme) is viewed more favourably by Casinomeister (Neutral Zone rather than Not Recommended that Ruby slots holds) and they are indeed better when it comes to their terms and conditions. CasinoExtreme appears to have a 5x max cashout on NDB rather than 1x/$50 and they do also require a verification deposit if you've never deposited before.
So you were only ever entitled to $50 but didn't get it. A managers withdrawal indicates a portion of balance was removed for not being eligible, $50 should have been eligible, $60 after wagering your $10 once. Not sure where $20 comes from.
There is someone on the forum who lost 1154x more than you ($150k) and is handling the process of trying to get that back with a lot more grace and decorum than you have.
