In addition, the guy you are talking to (RubyRoyal) has not visited this forum for over 18-months and his account has been dormant since 2010!

You need to contact the casino direct (by e-mail, live chat or phone) - if you get no joy by that route, come back and I or someone else here will see if we can help.

Belive me I already tryed to contact casino support, Live chat don't know anything about payouts, now they even locked my ip so I can't even open live chat, my emails they just ignore I emailed them three times and still no answer first email were sent 25 jul, second 31, and last yesterday.

I'm waiting for payout from 25 jul 2012, wrotted few emails(first 25, second 31, third 5 aug) to ruby royal support, still did not received any answer, chat operators don't know anything about withdrawals and after few sessions just locked my ip(after I asked about company which gave them licence to write complaint), so I can't even open live chat (already send documents and made deposit) If it is possible please help me to get my payout or add this casino to black list

I have received your Pitch-A-Bitch and it's clear you did not follow the instructions given. Here's my advice to you:

  1. read our Posting Rules: cross-posting like you have been doing will get you kicked off the site if you keep it up.
  2. read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ if you want us to take your Pitch-A-Bitch seriously. If you can't be bothered to read the instructions then why should we be bothered to put time and effort into helping you? If it's a language issue then get someone to help you.
  3. post back here that you've done #1 and #2 above and now understand and are willing to comply with our guidelines and instructions.

OK - you may have missed this, but it really wasn't THAT hard to spot if you had spent 1 or 2 minutes looking.

2) (Answering for Max) No - you can Pitch a Bitch against ANY casino who is NOT on the Rogue Pit or on the No Can Do list.
But you only get ONE PAB against a casino who is not Accredited.
i.e. You can PAB against Ruby Royal, but in future you will only be allowed to PAB against Accredited casinos.

This policy is to allow new members a PAB shot at a non-accredited place, rather than just turn them away, and to encourage them to use the Accredited List in the future, where the need for a PAB will be pretty unlikely anyway.
